The food is good, we were seated in the corner near the entrance of the restaurant when there was not any other guest there. The corner was super hot and the air conditioning was not sent to us. Hope the restaurant could have treated Asian people as equally as the ones from other places.🫠

10/10Had an excellent time here. The serving staff was very patient and accomodating with our rather large group of 11 people. They provided recommendations as requested and modifications for one member of our party that was vegan. The food was also quite excellent, special shoutout to their mussels dish!

10/10A must go place in venice! Aside from the touristic restaurants, in a hidden, gentle street lies this jewel! Amazing service and definetly the best dinner we had after two weeks in venice. Authentic food, strong cocktails, multi lingual waiters. 5/5

5.5/10Melanzane Parmagiano was warmed up in the microwave as the bottom inner part was cold. Side of potatoes were nice.. again microwaved as they weren’t crispy. Partner enjoyed his swordfish pasta. The discount was only applied to the food and coperto. Not the drinks (or pizza).

6/10Food was okay but we found all good in Venice to be below the rest of Italy. There is a seperate menu for “The Fork” guests. Not sure if there is a price difference. Pizza not included in The Fork discount. Very lovely service.

nothing special compared to other restaurants in Venice. We were 4 people, 2 chose to pay with Yums. The other 2 chose to have 50%. They have a separate menu for the Fork users. Pizza is not included. We each ordered a fish dish (each plate costs around 22-25€, which I felt is a complete ripoff considering the quality and quantity). We also ordered 2 pizzas to share and paid full price for those. The fish dishes were tiny and extremely unappealing (looked like 🤮), garnished with 1 purple cabbage leaf. The pizzas were so burnt and dry. The waiter himself made sure we understood that pizzas are not included in the offer. Even when we confirmed that we would pay the full price, he continued to eye on us and didn’t even bring us the pizza menu when requested. Overall, we still paid about 60€ for 4 people, all left unsatisfied and still hungry. Check out Google for pictures of those dishes from the Fork users. Personally I would never recommend anyone to go there.

9/10We often book restaurants through The Fork while traveling in Italy, and Trattoria Pane e Vin has truly been one of our best experiences. That says a lot, considering we stopped by twice—once when leaving Venice to continue our journey through Italy, and again on our way back home. What I loved the most was the warm atmosphere—this place really has soul. You can feel the tradition in the air. Leo was absolutely lovely—so friendly and attentive, and it was a real pleasure talking to him. He genuinely made our evening special. The food was delicious—no complaints at all. And the tiramisu was fantastic! We’re really glad we discovered this little gem. Highly recommended!

10/10** Australian Review** Very welcoming and friendly owner. We all had different pasta dishes. Carbonara, Clam and Sordfish/Capers/Oliver. We all loved our pasta, and left nothing in our bowls. Very happy with the service and food.

4/10Service was good, friendly staff! The place is old and outdated, and the food is poor in general. Tried the caprese salad which was bad quality of tomato (not ripe at all), lasagne -felt like frozen and tasted even worst, and pasta with clams -overcooked but better than previous two. Pizza is not included in Fork menu which is not stated in the app but it is written on the menu, but overall, was not a good experience. It was cheap though with the 50% discount of the app, but would never pay full price for this food. Sorry for the honest review, I hope you understand my intentions.

5.5/10The service was kind. The wine was good. Food was okay, but not incredible. We originally came with a 50€ discount offer and they refused to accept it for drinks, pizzas or desserts. The rest of the menu was mostly pasta with fish or fish options. We changed it to the 50% discount instead that aligns better with those menu restrictions. We asked for grated cheese and it came with blue/old cheese inside. At the end we waited but didn't get out change back so had to ask for it. Overall, not a good experience.

Lovely experience. The host took care of us throughout the dinner, too. The place was welcoming, cozy, run smoothly. For dinner we got the ‘baccalà and polenta’ and ‘pesce spada pasta, with olives and cherry tomatoes’. The plates were delicious. We then tried their cheese platters and desserts. I must admit their tiramisù is absolutely delicious, and it was worth trying their Venetian biscuits with vin santo. Cheery on top (!!) the host was pleasant and ensured we well looked after, and made us feel welcome and added up to the nice atmosphere. Highly recommended restaurant in a strategic location.

Had an amazing meal and dessert. the staff were very friendly and I believe he was the manager who served us, he was helpful with informing me what I could have with my allergy. I definitely recommend this restaurant.
