Great selection of fresh local products prepared in a fabulous style. The service was impeccable, the local wines delightful. Sadly I didn’t save room for dessert so I must go back!

Probably the best lunch we have ever had. White table cloth dining in a friendly relaxed atmosphere in the beautiful town of Gioia del Colle. Outstanding food and excellent local wine. The staff even helped us find a parking spot for our car.

Loved this place so much! Amazing burrata ravioli with zucchini flowers and lots of wonderful natural wine. They were super helpful with recommendations and very good service.

We really enjoyed our lunch in Trattoria Pugliese! You can taste a lot of the specialities that Puglia offers. The mixed appetizers and the capocollo and burrata were amazing as well as all the main dishes we order. Very pleasant staff and you got carefully explained each dish carefully!
