10/10Both my travel companion and I had wild boar with pasta. I had seen the oh so large tortellini in a shop window and was not disappointed with the serving. Wild boar is a specialty of Florence so we were delighted to try it at our first opportunity.

5/10The osso bucco arrived cold - not warm but COLD - in the center. For a meal that should be slow cooked for a long period of time, we thought this was impossible.

6.5/10I was underwhelmed by the service and the food. The waitress talked us into getting the more expensive steak and I did not feel like it was worth it. It was chewy and not impressive. Would not recommend. We’ve had much better steak since being in Florence.

10/10This little resturaunt was an amazing breath of fresh air. All of the staff was super friendly and the atmosphere was very warm. We had the 3 Amici antipasta which was an amazing start off to our experience. The waitress recommended a delicious red wine to pair with our Florentine steak. Once the Florentine steak came out, our breath was taken away by the beautiful steak that was this piece of meat. It was just as tender and delectible as we had heard about and more. Will come back here on our future trips to Florence and reccomend you do the same!!

Wonderful ambiance and great service. Very friendly and waitstaff was super attentive…brought a complimentary after meal drink to our table which was completely unexpected but very nice touch. Steak was great!! We went early so had a great seat at the window to enjoy our meal and watch the world go by. Thank you!

8.5/10Been here in a pre covid visit to Florence. Meat was really good so we tried again. Fiorentina steak was good even if not at the same level of previus year. Veal steak was quite salty and way too salty for our kids.

10/10The best steak I have ever had. We arrived a little early and they were very accommodating. We knew we wanted the Chiannina Florentine steak but the waitress was very patient and explained everything including what size we should order. Great experience. I would definitely recommend and I did recommend to my brother and his family who will be visiting shortly.

10/10We went to this restaurant based on a recommendation from my sister and brother-in-law. They also recommended that we ask for the waitress Arte, who was an absolute delight. The ambience was great the food was great and everything about it was perfecto! We could not have asked for a better evening.

Great dinner. We had 1.2kg florentine steak between 2 which was perfect and perfectly cooked and seasoned with some great roast potatoes. Pastas were great too - lovely cacio e pepe. Melon and prosciutto had so much prosciutto on it! Service was good. The only thing that wasn't great was the room we were in which was at the back and lacked atmosphere (they also have no outside seating although there are big open windows/doors - but still it's not that big a place). Anyway we'd definitely recommend and go again. And with booking we got 20 percent off the food bill so all in all a great dinner.

10/10We arrived late for dinner after a tour. The place was full of locals , we were the only English speakers though The wait staff spoke English very well. The atmosphere was great as it seemed a lot of the patrons were regulars. We had pasta and salads , the food was great as well. Overall a very nice experience.

9/10Honest food like your Italian grandmother would have cooked. The best lasagna yet and the vongole was divine. I recommend it to anyone seeking a traditional experience. One word of caution: the steak has to be ordered rare.

10/10Exactly what we were looking for!!!! We had looked for ages for the perfect place to try Bistecca alla Fiorentina… and we got it right! We loved the atmosphere, loved the location, the feel and the music. The food was absolutely delicious, but the best part was the incredible service. The waiters were great, fun and friendly.

The service was fantastic. Had honest response from the wonderful waiter on the quality of the meats. The quality and taste of our meal was like no other. Bravo to Angelo and to the owners of the wonderful establishment. Definitely will return fot their Bistecca. We thank you for your service.

9.5/10Firstly the service is exceptional 10 out of 10 , secondly the food is amazing. We had the Bistecca alla Fiorentina…..it was superb, perfectly cooked and so tender. I couldn’t resist their homemade cheesecake - yummo! If you are in Firenze make sure you take timeout and visit this gem :)

10/10The service was very attentive, polite and one of the fastest in all of Florence. Atmosphere in the restaurant was intimate and romantic. The food was tasty and exceptionally well-accompanied by an excellent choice of wines. The prices were very reasonable for both such top-end quality and quantities. Osso bucco and beef with truffles are highly recommended.

Tre Amici was great. The servers were friendly and helpful and the food was excellent. The outdoor dining tables are along the sidewalk and a separated from the street with a small wall with greenery which is nice. Excellent restaurant.

9.5/10My partner and I had Osso bucco , mine was with porcini both dishes were superb which went well with the bottle of Cabernet. We had tiramisu which was to die for ! The service was excellent we definitely be back.

10/10I had just a few hours in Firenze after a meeting and really wanted to have bistecca alla fiorentina for my one touristy thing. I’ve had many over the years so I’ve quite substantial experience. I picked “tre amici” at random because it was right round the corner, had a table available online and I needed to be quick. I know good reviews in tourist places like Firenze can be hit/miss so I rarely trust them but in this case they are well deserved. The steak was perfect and one of the best I’ve ever had but in a way this is the “easy” part. I’m happy to say that the starter and side dishes were also of fantastic quality. The selection was well thought out and the wine list had good classical choices at competitive prices. Thanks so much and you are now my number 1 choice in Firenze!! Highly recommended!
