Food were to much salted for us and ours tastes.

The chef is incredibly passionate and caring about the food, he made sure to explain us the menu options, recommended dishes to our taste and adjust things if needed. We felt welcomed. I would say there’s room for improvement in terms of food, like oxtail gnocchi had too much fat on the meat, or bigne was way too sweet, however all of our feedback was considered and all other food we had was truly great! I would comeback!

The food is something special there. They have a wide range of dishes from across the regions of Italy, whether locally in Rome or from Sicily. The wines the same. The staff and management makes this unique venue even more special and worth revisiting over and over again. Everyone in my group were happy about our visit, and we’ll certainly be returning again soon.

Amazing service from the entire restaurant team , incredible food and the kindness that radiates! Couldn’t have enjoyed our last night in Italy more. The owner split a plate of pasta into two plates because he knew we were sharing. How sweet is that! He also allowed me to taste some wine before deciding which one to have. Such warm-ness comes straight from the heart and it can never be faked. Thank you for leaving us with such a great memory of Rome

Everything about this place was amazing and I wanted to write this review instantly! Don't be discouraged by the location it's worth the trip and is a very small and intimate restaurant but the food and ambience is amazing. I was told to find a good authentic carbonara and I found one! I will be back if I ever come Rome again!

Mateo and his team were great! He took the time to recommend wines and spent extra time explaining details about the food offerings. The food was delicious and the service more than exceeded our expectations!

The restaurant is not well labeled, I had to ask if it was where we had booked a the signage outside is different We sat inside, which is an area of modern decor spoiled a bit by a big screen flicking photos of the menu items The service was excellent with lots f help with the menu and the choice of wine, which were both excellent We had a bread and tomato mix as an amuse buchee. For starters I had a shrimp dish and my wife a suasage and cabbage mix. For mains I had a seafood pasta and my wife chicken with red peppers and to finish we had delicious milk pudding with caramel and salt crystals The food was truly delicious and we really enjoyed the evening

The best meal of our 5-day stay in Rome. The manager was really helpful is describing the menu and suggesting wines for our palate - permitting samples until we found the right one. Excellent quality food. We were staying near Villa Borguese so this restaurant was out of the way, but definitely worth the walk!

From the moment we arrived we were made to feel welcome. Great service throughout. The food is of the highest quality , beautifully presented and so incredibly tasty. Wine list very competitively priced. Even without the Fork discount this restaurant offers great value for money. I have made many reservations on the Fork over the years and I am not exaggerating when I say that this is one of, if not the, very best meals we've had. We enjoyed a perfect evening.

The cacio e pepe with tripe was out of this world. So was the organic wine. So was the baked milk dessert – I was teleported back to my childhood. And the bread...! I am making a beeline for this restaurant as soon as I'm back in Italy

Made a reservation and was seated right away. We arrived as the restaurant was opening, so it was very quiet at first, but got more lively as people came in. This was our first meal on our vacation and we were not disappointed. We ordered the oxtail ragout and the amatriciana and both pastas were amazing. Their tiramisu was the best we had during our entire trip. Our waiter spoke minimal English, but we were still able to get by and service was great.

The food was outstanding! All dishes that we ordered were exceptional, both taste and presentation. Unfortunately, the small restaurant was very noisy, so it was hard to conduct a conversation.

1. We've been charged twice for "table service & bread" (2x 3€). The server didnt know a single word in English. For an example I said "can I pay?" and she looked at me like I'm a human from another planet, and it had 4 thin slices of bread only. 2. The owner was inside the restaurant close to the tables smoking vape all the time and we smelled it all the dinner in our table. 3. The kitchen is open just like side to side of the toilets, there's no door in the kitchen so, if you're leaving from the toilet u can sse your beautiful carbonara passing by.... 4. We been served things we don't ask for and they made us pay, like a 2€ bottle of Refilled Water that was full of non washing dirty marks. After that we choose two Coca-Cola, the server put them in the table without adding any different glass, so we drunk water and Coca-Cola in the same glass...The food was amazing, the service VERY low specialy if they charge 6€ for it. The Ambient is OK, beautiful restaurant but the vape woman annoy

The food was great, specially the duck with pumpkin pure and licorice pure! Some miss comunication with staff (I don't speak italian), otherwise really good!

Modern interpretation of typical Roman dishes. Contemporary experience, great quality food, attention to detail, and sommelier that assist in selecting wine, even by the glass. Very attentive. Starters were our highlight, modern take on a caprese salad and artichoke carbonara. Delicious

The food was amazing, I'm Italian and I ate one of the best pasta alla gricia a I've ever had. The waiters were very kind, the service very quick and they offered us a bitter at the end. We didn't need to ask for the discount granted from the fork and we loved the ambience

+3Service: We came by this restaurant at 7 pm, with a 50% discount, although the price would average around 20-25 euros per person without the discount. On arrival, they gave us a free starter as well as bread and delicious olive oil for dipping. While the customers were mostly locals, the staff kindly served us in English and carefully answered our questions regarding ingredients. Food: The raw ham and buffalo cheese was particularly delectable, as well as the raviolo. Grandma's meatballs had a homely taste and great texture . The cheese used in the desserts were rich, but not too sweet or heavy. Perfectly balanced and the subtle citrus flavors came through. Overall, I highly recommend this restaurant for those looking for a classy and welcoming setting serving local roman dishes, for very reasonable prices. テブル席にて前菜２つ、カルボナーラとラビオロを注文しました。英語での対応もしてもらえて、観光客には優しい店だと思いました。ローマの定番料理は美味でした。デザートはとくに美味しかった。どんな皿でもチーズが濃厚で、また通いたいと思いました。
