The ambiance was amazing and there was a tremendous amount of food for the new years menu! 8 full courses! The majority of which was amazing! The beef was a little dry for our taste. The wait staff was perfect!

It was a great experience for our family in Rome. This restaurant is really near the Spain stairs. The server was so impressive also. Thanks a lot.

Indifferent cooking at best. Very tough Bistecca Fiorentina, aggressive and pushy wine service.

To be honest it felt like a tourist trap. First I had a risotto with shrimp (20e) - just lot of wet rice, almost no flavour, no cheese. Strawberry reduction tasted like the balsamic from the bottle you get in the grocery. second I had was seabass with shrimp and capers and tomatos (30e), again just white fish with capers and tomatos

The meal concluded with indulgent desserts that were the perfect sweet ending to our evening. Overall, Trinità De Monti exceeded our expectations in every way. Waiter asked me to cancel and rebook my booking because I had put 2 instead of 1, and made it seem that I was taking advantage of the offer.

Io adesso la segnalo al The Fork Manager.

Food is good, but wines are badly overprized. However, my complaint was accepted and a different wine offered without problems.

We stumbled upon this restaurant the first time while at the top of The Spanish Steps . Enjoy it very much the food was delicious . To end our evening a random local person had the urge to play the piano and was welcomed by the management . He was an excellent piano player and was a wonderful way to end the night . Our second visit we had the most amazing dinner! The staff remembered us and we were treated like family . The ravioli carbonara was just this side of heaven!!! Thank you, Phyllis, Paul and Arlene

This was my first visit with friends and we thoroughly enjoyed. The restaurant is at the top of the Spanish stairs, at the foot of the church Trinita de Monti. Inside is intimate and elegant. The staff was waiting for us and greeted us by name. The service was inpeccable and most attentive. And, the food...creative and excellent. We especially liked the ravioli carbonari, the pasta with artichokes and panchetta, the sea bass, and the desserts! Many thanks. Perfect spot for these Fall nights and winter.

The food was superb, I had the shrimp risotto and I was blown away. My wife had the mushroom pasta also a 10/10 dish. Definitely coming back again!

Went here for our Wedding Anniversary while in Rome and this was recommended by someone. It was a very nice evening with excellent food and very good service. The recommendation we got was via The Fork App and this gave us 20% off do this ended up being very value indeed. Would go back again without hesitation and recommend

Location is amazing, immediately adjacent to the Spanish Steps. Service staff was wonderful. The food was absolutely amazing, except for the filet which was just ok. This is common for Italy I have found. Americans will be disappointed with steak here in Rome in general because of how it is cooked. They do not tend to sear in a pan and finish in the oven, or grill meat. It’s mostly pan fried everywhere you go. That said, you shouldn’t come to Rome for steak. It’s not Texas. When in Rome, eat as Romans do and you will be very happy. I had the sea bass carpaccio with strawberry and passion fruit for antipasti followed by the ravioli carbonara for primi. Both were unbelievable. Their tiramisu is fantastic also.

The location is very good, right next to the Trinity Church at the top of the Spanish Square, The internal environment of the restaurant is pretty good, quite quiet, and there aren't many people. For example, this mushroom noodle costs 28 euros, while other restaurants only charge a dozens. Tiramisu costs 12 euros, and other restaurants only charge seven or eight. I had been to this gem of a place before. The place mellows like fine wine and the service just gets better (if that’s possible). Food prepared with gusto and expertise. Highly recommended

This is our third time here—and we brought friends! The menu is creative, the food incredible, the service is first-rate… and it is not expensive for the quality. I loved my carciofo and then some rich amatriciana, accompanied by an amazing wine selection. Don’t miss this one!

Great location. Ate late after arriving and booked here near hotel knowing so not very full which meant not a lot of atmosphere. However we were treated wonderfully and the service was great. The food was delicious and blew us away. I would recommend the Octopus or the Tuna and the grilled Red Cabbage and Artichoke sides. Good value for money with 20% off through The Fork.

This restaurant is just above the Spanish Steps, but feels like a world away from the crowds. There is a comprehensive wine list; the food was exceptional; and service was attentive. We had a fabulous evening.

Food was below expectations. Beet risotto was mediocre. Octopus dish with hummus did not fit well together. Steak tartare was unimaginative, meat thrown together without much taste.

Food was very good, well prepared and nicely presented. Service very friendly, attentive and helpful (which is particularly surprising and appreciated because the restaurant is situated in a very touristic area of the town). The ambience is elegant (without exaggeration), with style and attention to the details. If it weren't for the prices ... it could be a preferred place to go when in the neighborhood ... With a 50% discount on foods it all becomes much more reasonable.

Very good wine list. All meals ordered here were delicious. The waiter was helpful and pleasant. Would recommend to everyone.
