9.5/10Triscele is a very good restaurant located in the heart of Siracusa's Ortigia, few minutes walk for the Cathedral Square and the Aretusa Spring. The menu offers an interesting choice of dishes, mostly based on the local traditional cuisine and an emphasis on seafood and fish, as well as a varied pizzas menu. The level of cuisine is excellent, all the dishes we tried were both delicious and well presented and also the pizzas had some interesting, innovative ingredients combination. The service is kind and efficient and the setting, on the ground floor of an old house, is charming, with beautiful stone walls and a nice outside area. Highly recommended!

6.5/10The staff was very friendly, the location is on a side street. The pizza was pretty good, it would have been better if it was cooked for another 1-2 minutes as the dough was not crisp enough to be called crust!

2/10Réservation ignored (despite reconfirming the morning before) - we were told to sit outside even though it was in a dusty street and hot. I eventually managed to get them to agree to allow us inside - we were sat in a back room, on our own with very little service. (Which I think actually amused the staff…) Food was bland and cold. Not sure why the name includes pizzeria as there weren’t any to be seen on the menu…. Really disappointing experience of a few hours in Syracuse - there are plenty of other places that will will look to chose from next time.

6/10The restaurant was beautiful but spoilt by stark lighting and music videos playing all the time. The quality of the seafood used was poor, tough prawns and several unopened mussels. Disappointed.

3/10The pizza crust is fantastic but everything else was abysmal. Absolutely TERRIBLE service, undrinkably bad wine, and seafood that will turn you vegan.
