Nice custom vegan dishes! Very tasty and fresh. Service was absolutely customer focused and the ambiance was nice. They are serving very specific dishes that are unique and therefore worthwhile trying.

The service was pleasant and helpful. The waitress urged caution when ordering the food to be prepared extra spicy. Spicy was as much as I could handle and I’m a spicy food fan. I had chicken tikka to start and chicken tikka Jalfrezi for the main course. Both were excellent. I would definitely visit again.

Amazing food, great service, and a cozy atmosphere. Everything was fresh, flavorful, and perfectly cooked. Highly recommended—will definitely come back!

Uit India was wonderful. The Fork made making reservations easy. The restaurant was clean. Staff were friendly and attentive. Food was outstanding. We had Lamb Masala, Saag Paneer, and garlic Naan. The best Indian food we have had - and we have eaten in quite a few Indian restaurants. Thank you!

Tonight, we enjoyed a wonderful dinner at "Uit India" in Alkmaar, and what an unexpected discovery it was! We are from the Arnhem area and are spending a few days in Alkmaar. During a walk through the city, we happened to pass by this restaurant, and its welcoming appearance immediately caught our attention. The food was simply fantastic. Every dish was rich in flavor and perfectly prepared, with authentic spices and ingredients that transported us straight to India. From the fragrant curries to the soft naan bread, everything was a delight for the taste buds. The service deserves special praise as well. The staff were extremely friendly, attentive, and made us feel welcome right away. The service was quick yet relaxed, giving us all the time we needed to enjoy our meal. In short, "Uit India" is an unexpected gem that we wouldn’t have wanted to miss. If we’re ever in the area again, we will definitely return! Highly recommended for anyone who loves authentic Indian cuisine.

This idea that you HAVE to use the same utensils is nuts. I was told to pick up my cutlery after my appetizer as I would need it later.

This was our first visit after the change of the owner. The new team is still nice and attentive. The menu card would expanded by dishes with meat. What we missed was the chocolate cheesecake. We will comeback when we are again in Alkmaar.

We had a great night with our family. We sometimes struggle with our diverse tast for spicy food. They very considered for all of us and combined it with an authentic tasting

The food was ok a little bit over priced. The jalfrezy was quite sweet for my taste but it was a good experience at the end.

Imaginative dishes, which combined different flavours well. All really well explained, in English, by our host. Spice levels were good. We enjoyed all the dishes.
