+3The food and the view was impeccable and merely amazing. Every single dish was beautiful and flavorful and the wine was also perfect. One major drawback, however, was the restrooms which were dirty, wet and just not very nice. After informing the staff that the restroom was not nice, one would have thought that they would have cleaned it, but unfortunately they didn’t. This, I think, is very disappointing for a restaurant in this league. I understand that the restroom is not only used by the guests of the restaurant but I still think it is unacceptable with a restroom with a totally wet floor, toiletpaper everywhere else than in the bin, toiletseat wet (?!) etc. So food amazing, bathroom not. Service good, service in regards to cleaning the bathroom not.

10/10A refreshing ambiance of simplicity using the Mediterranean as the backdrop to a wonderful and delicious meal. The waiters & team make sure your every needs are taken care of, yet their presence is not felt. Allowing the food to show the rest.

10/10UaM's best restau on Ischia: puts u at center of unique multisensorial experience. Excellent original FOOD. Risotto agrumes & thin slice of raw fish is typical of UaM: highly creative & savory. Gioco con il Mare: a concerto for Chef & Sea in 3 movts: 1st the wonderfully fat & melting fish tartar conforts you: the adagio. 2nd, fish carpaccio & its deliciously sprinkly garniture: allegretto. 3rd, deconstructed bruschetta gamberi: what a grand finale, allegrissimo! Great lamb Agnello 2preparazioni: divine the part cooked for hours that melts in mouth! Desserts: damning lemon-orange semi-freddo under thin layer of chocolate! Other lemon dessert: excellent too. CELLAR=the isle's richest in unique Italian&French tops. SERVICE (FabbrizzioGiancarlo) extremely prof'l friendly & helpful. PLACE: unique! Best sunset in Italy w/Pontine isle, fascinating Imperatore lighthouse & its huge litup cruiseships, birds ballet, all w/the music of the sea hitting the rocks. RUN THERE, it's uniquely wonderful!

8/10The edge of this restaurant is the view. Incredible sunset view. The food is good bit to pricy for what it is. The dishes lack creativity to bring them to the next level. Ingredients were fresh and everything was tasty

10/10Food was excellent , service as well and we had table with magnificiant view. We had testing menu with champagne. All courses were great and well balanced, and the best were brusceta with gamberi and pasta with fish. Definitly to visit if you are on Ischia
