Hands down, still one of my favorite restaurants. This time we shared dinner with friends. I hold fast that they make the best margaritas in the city. My friend agrees and didn't realize they were making jalapeno margaritas. The restaurant will end this tasty drink on Sunday. Since she wants to try them, we'll be back then for margaritas and guac.

The food was very good with good portions. The table menu is quite basic but a wider menu is accessed through a QR code.

The service and food are just a couple of things Un Poco Loco does very well. The staff is always welcoming, helpful and strikes the proper balance of attentiveness. I still think this restaurant makes the best margaritas in Aveiro. Un Poco Loco remains one of our favorite restaurants and is one of our go to places to eat.

We have gone here 3 or 4 times and used Fork to get a discount and they are nice about it. We enjoyed the food, portions could be bigger. The staff are very nice and remembered us from other visits.

This is our favorite place in Aveiro for Mexican food. The food is well prepared and really tasty, served by friendly and welcoming people in a nice atmosphere. We will be back again for sure.

We love this place. We try to go as often as we can when in the area. Excellent food, drinks and service. The sea bass tacos and the Pozole soup are some of our favorites but we’ve had most other options and have always been extremely pleased with everything.

This was our 2nd visit to this restaurant in the last week. The food is exquisite and the manager/owner is very friendly. It’s also great value for authentic Mexican food. Please open a restaurant in Tavira.

It’s hard to find good Mexican food in Portugal, but now we have. We really enjoyed our food today. The staff are very friendly and helpful. We’ll definitely be back. Thanks guys.

Super Frozen Margarita

We had doubts about going out for Mexican in Aveiro, but this was fantastic. The owner also runs front-of-house and took our order; He's a friendly, soft-spoken gentleman who's (justifiably!) proud of what he's built. It's a small place with ambience and just a few tables, which keeps it pleasantly quiet. (Don't let the name or the casual logo fool you; make a reservation.) Everything we ordered was excellent: guacamole totopos, a perfect tuna ceviche, ensalada verde (with cactus leaf, a first for us), spicy tacos de paquito. The margarita was spiced subtlely. The chocolate brownie special with mango sorbet was the most perfectly dry-but-not-too-dry we've ever had. Just a great hidden gem of a dinner in an unlikely place.

Visiting Portugal from Canada, and this was one of our first restaurants to try. The food was absolutely phenomenal, with very fresh ingredients used. The server was also incredibly friendly and explained the items on the menu perfectly in English. Highly recommend trying this place out.

We love it here!!! The menu is filled with delicious choices that have never disappointed. We highly suggest the Lubina tacos (sea bass) which are delicious and I personally love the Pozole soup with a little added hot sauce. The whole team also makes the experience even better. From the waiters to the kitchen staff the service is absolutely amazing every single time. Highly recommended wether you’re a Mexican food lover or even if you’ve never tried it. Please keep doing what you do Un Poco Loco

The staff were excellent and made sure we had a great visit. The starter of guacamole was perfect the main course of beef enchiladas was tasty and the tres leche was really enjoyable and memorable! Will definitely go again but I will try the Taco’s they looked wonderful as I saw them pass out table headed to other guests.
