One of the staffs, a tall woman who attended our table was rude and lacked integrity, after making payment in cash she refused to give the change back which was not a small value, made us wait for more than 10 to 15 minutes and said they don’t have change and so she assumed and kept it to herself, at least it should be mentioned, it was more like she assumed and tipped herself which was not expected, it ruined the whole experience, will never come back again.

We had been there on the Valentine's day. Its a really cool place, with great ambience and good food (even if you don't have a large fish varieties to try). The staff, Matheiu was really kind and jovial. We really enjoyed the food there. I would recommend this place to anyone. If you are going with kids, they will enjoy it more than anything else.

We were slightly late but they didn’t make a fuss. Service was quick but not rushed. Really reasonably priced for quite a unique experience and food quality and selection was good. Good cocktail menu, plenty of free bread and water without asking. Friendly staff. Not too noisy. Really very good.

read the reviews and looked interesting. when we arrived it was pretty dark but I kinda expected that. upon entering we were seated in the middle and surrounded by screens that looked like my computer acquarium screen saver from the 90s. though this was later replaced as they change the scene by going "deeper into the sea." the underwater sound effects they play are too loud an annoying to enjoy anything. we were one of the FIRST customers and they didn't have any beer available. The waiter said it was sold out. How can you be sold out for a restaurant opening at 7pm? This was strike two.. should have left right then. but stayed to try the food. the ceviche we ordered was excellent per all the reviews about it. The cod on the other hand was terrrible. the purplish blue light in the restaurant don't help with evalauting the food presentation which is kinda bad. went for a bathroom break. bathroom is super dark with blacklight, like I was in an amsterdam cafe. stay away. not worth it

The atmosphere was very nice and the service was also allright. We was unfortunately very underwhelmed by the food. It was nothing special and didnt really taste as much. Lack of Spice, quality and finesse. I Will come back for the cocktails, but the food scene in Paris is too good other places. So we Will probably not visit under the sea - Ephemera again. - Marcus & Nilay

A lovely experience, cool ambience with good service, at the end we had the overall price was slightly different to the actual cost so we asked for a breakdown of the receipt, something to bear in mind.

Totally unexpected. Everything about the restaurant was nice. Ambience, Service and food. Portions were small but no complaints other than the food menu seemed a bit less. Very nice experience.

Excellent service! Very cheerful waitress. The food is very mid but for the price considering the setting it’s very reasonable and was better than expected. The red sauce pasta was very good! The lobster lacked a bit of taste/ sauce. The animations are nice and I would recommend this place! Unique and a must try

Good food but poor service. We spend the entire time with the empty cocktail glasses and empty bottles on the table, the waiter put his thumbs in the plates to serve them, staff mostly unpleasant… For the same price, which was expensive, you can get 5 stars services and food in Paris. This was not a good experience and I wouldn’t recommend this place.

Do not go on Christmas Eve. We booked at 10pm and got our starters (that we're veeeery basic) at 11pm, Main dish was rushed over our table. Bread was gummy. Overall awful experience. Our waitress was nice though and took time to explain the inconvenience was due a technical issue. But, I'll never spend that much money in this restaurant ever again

An interesting chain of restaurants that was new to us. We were travelling with some vegetarian friends and they were surprised by the variety of different fish dishes available on the menu. All were well presented and tasty. The atmosphere was interesting with all the variety of images projected onto screens but it did get very dary from time to time. Several of the party found ir difficult to access the menu electronically and the waitress was not easy to communicate with. But we all enjoyed the meal.
