    Easily the best sushi restaurant in Romagna: chefs with international experience, if not Japanese. Creations are unique, a must try the maguro uramaki, the sashimi in a bowl, starters will also surprise you.

    Excellent sushi spot, easily competes with best in class restaurants in metropolitan areas. The japanese chef carefully selects ingredients and skillfully matches them for surprising results. Highly recommended the lobster uramaki and in the right season the wagyu and truffle uramaki.
