very good service, friendly people, nice surroundings. Food was ok, too SALTY for our tastes but it looked to us during our visit that Seville restaurants in general do salty good, local taste preference? Cheesecake for dessers was delicious, we also liked the alcohol shot offered to us! Next time if we come here we will ask to put less salt, in that case everything will be ok!

Atmosphere was great as the service and the waitress. Food was delicious, fish dishes as meat were fresh and tasty and presented exceptionally well. Highly recommended

The food was ok but the service was absolutely awful. Half of the menu was also unavailable which was disappointing. We were pretty much the only diners that evening yet we had to wait an hour between courses. We were told there was only 1 chef in the kitchen.

Double cheese burger and they forget the cheese. Also the meat is frozen low quality and the bun is also bad. Tomato in burger was like 3cm. Fries was made in low temperatur, so it was set, not Crusoe and cold. Also they forget for the discount so we have to tell them after check…

We visited this restaurant recently. Overall, the place is nice and the food we tried (tuna tartare, croquettes, tacos) was very tasty. However, the service was extremely slow. It took 30 minutes before we could even place our order. Then we waited 40 minutes for the first dish, 50 minutes for the second, and 1 hour 20 minutes for the third dish – a burger we specifically ordered for our child. Unfortunately, the burger patty was completely undercooked and cold inside. This is not only disappointing but also unsafe, since ground beef can contain bacteria like salmonella. To make matters worse, the tuna tartare was served after one and a half hours of waiting. The food itself is good, but the service and handling of dishes, especially children’s meals, need serious improvement.

If I could give more than 5 stars for the service I definitely would, the waiter was one of nicest people you could meet. The place had a great vibe, the music was great for it as well and not very loud.

Same restaurant as last Sunday. Today accompanied with live music. Really good food and to to it off some nice cheese with chilli marmalade and a Tropicaliente drink. Halfway through the meal the sun reached our table making the visit even nicer. We will come back!

They let us merge two tables because we like to have a lot of space while eating, they serve hot bread with EVO oil, white and black salt and pepper for free and the boss is really funny, will come again!

Unico Gastrobar Seville.. What a gem of a find, set amongst the hustle and bustle of the tourist historic centre, but just a little back, so the local people in the know are all out in force. Perfectly situated down a cute, narrow, cobbled street, nestled on the corner, amongst the throng of lots of restaurants, yet only just one block back from the town hall and equally one block back from the cathedral. Super cold dry white wine and fabulous modern Spanish food. A tapa portion of prawn salad to begin. A witty take on an often dull ensalada rusa, which was propelled to new heights. Garnished with diced red onion, chopped boiled egg yolk, fresh chives and crispy onions. Stacked high with potatoes, chopped egg, carrots and the plumpest sliced prawns topped with a delicate mung bean salad. Fabulous. €5.00 Croquettes that were no boring, traditional, luke warm fritters, but big, round, crispy, unctuous morsels of a trencherman's heaven. Filled with a potent lava like mix of provolone cheese and finely chopped chorizo piquante. This devilishly spicy mix, gently kicks your taste buds alive. Once more topped with the mung beans and glued to the plate by a gentle aioli. Spectacular. Quite simply the best croquettes, I have ever eaten, and trust me, I have tried a few. €1.20 each. One main plate to share was the plancha grilled, thin and crispy, Iberico pork fillet in a deadly wild garlic and Andulsian deep green, olive oil sauce. Simply accompanied with home cut crispy piping hot chips and a deep, punchy, cumin and garlic scented, almost romesco style sauce. €12.00 Wonderful. All in, location, fantastic service, ambience and the quality of the superb dishes of food, plus 7 glasses of wine an amazing bargain at just €55.00. If you are in Seville, look this place up, it's simple food done really, really well. Unico Gastrobar on Calle Zaragoza in the beating heart of Seville, you will not be disappointed.
