    Unfortunately there is only paid parking on the hotel premise. Shouldn't this be free for restaurant guests (?). Found out that there's parking at the end of the entry toad after 7pm (which nobody told when calling). The restaurant is not easy to find as it is in the corner of the Novotel and no signboards. Not even at the entrance inside the restaurant. But attractive modern restaurant with open cooking and we got a nice table. The presentation of the food, especially of the starter menus is very nice, the food is good with acceptable portions. The side dishes and drinks are a bit on the high side. The service was clearly too slow and we had to ask (1 hour from order to main dish, although doup/starter in between).

    Asparagus soup came with asparagus toasty and olive tapenade. Burger worked well with crispy bacon and beemster cheese. Chocolate dessert contained four moving parts. Lots of different Dutch beers on draught including some seasonal specials.

    Had a great time with a group of 5 of us. The staff were friendly and attentive. At the start however, they were not aware of any reservation and it took sometime for them to realize the booking was via Fork. The bill at the end did not include the special discount initially but the manager quickly corrected. It was actually a good point that the manager checked and immediately corrected before I pointed out.

    The worst restaurant I ever tried. Prices doubled so that justified the 50% off but I had a discussion with the waitress because the wouldn't applied the reduction to all food but just on the expensive ones. The restaurant was very dirty, full of dust everywhere. Food was disgusting, not well cooked and the waitresses were rude and confused (they argued between them all the time). Very unpleasant experience!
