Really relaxed place, easy going ambience and amazingly fresh food on small menu. The tagliatelle with truffle was utterly superb and their take on Crème Caramel so delicious. Definitely a place to visit, relax, eat and enjoy.

This restaurant is very good, The food is really well done with good ingredients and the wine by glass is also great. Not a big menu, just right. The service is great, quick and efficient. Book online, it gets full very quickly. Enjoy!

I'm travelling solo and the waiter was lovely and accommodating. I ate early (I'm Australian, I'm starving by 7pm) so can't comment on the ambience when it's busy. There were no more than a few tables full while I was there. The food was delicious. I'd been waiting to eat lasagne in Bologna and it did not disappoint. Mouth watering. Had a glass of Sangiovese with it, yum. Finished with the deconstructed cheesecake - light and tasty. If I were living in Bologna, I'd be a regular.

Thoroughly enjoyed our meal at Risoelatte. So nice to have such different choices from the usual fare. We loved the use of milk in the risottos, so creamy and full of flavour. Definitely recommend this restaurant.

Food was blind, with all the variety around it was surprising to have tagliatelle in broth from concentrate, and the most expensive dish on the menu - duck breast - was simply lacking flavor. Even a little salt would make it better, and the spinach garnish was definitely from a frozen pack. service was underwhelming, with plates literally thrown at the table, and the server would run away before you can ask for a glass of wine. Such a lackluster!

I spent over two weeks in Italy. I ate out most nights. For a true Italian simple experience this was the best of the all. Very good, I recommend it.

We were looking for a straightforward, high quality meal and dining experience and we found it here. Waiter steered us to the better wine selection (& no, not pricey option). Had boar stew and eggs w truffles, finished with tagliatelle bolognese. Great experience.

Wonderful Christmas Eve dinner with our family! Food, wine, and service were excellent and would definitely return! Make sure to confirm your reservation with the restaurant as they have different hours than The Fork default hours!!

This was the 5th restaurant we had in our 5 days stay in Bologna but absolute the best of those 5. All disches we had were perfect and excellent the tartar.
