10/10Unbelievable!! The balsamic veal on our first visit was amazing. Our waiter, Mohamed, was wonderful. On our 2nd visit, we started with a green salad with cooked ham, warm balsamic, fabulous! I had the horse steak and my wife, the lasagna. Never having the opportunity to try horse, it was tender with a sweet finish. I'm glad I tried it. My wife's lasagna was amazing, recommended by Mohamed. We were told to try this restaurant by Clementine, a barista we had met.. Thank you, Clementine! Thank you, Mohamed, for making our stay in Modena so memorable. Go to this restaurant you will enjoy amazing food!!

10/10Great food great service definitely a place the locals love. We saw a lot of pizza takeout being delivered as well. We did not try the pizza but I imagine it is amazing. If you get the chance allowed the server to design the menu for you. It was a fantastic experience! If you were going to go be sure to make a reservation

10/10My family and I have been eating our way through Italy for about 10 days. We started in Rome then Florence and now Modena. It's a Sunday night, so almost everything is closed here. After doing online research on Trip Advisor we decided to come here and made a reservation through the Fork. We started with a bottle of local Vecchia Modena Premium Lambrusco & a plate of Culatello w Parmigiana cheese & a plate of mixed cured meats. Awesome! For dinner: My son had a pizza with Gorgonzola and Speck. Perfectly cooked with the mild Gorgonzola and the speck being an amazing combination. My wife had homemade tagliatelle with Bolognese sauce which was spectacular. I had a fillet of veal with an unctuous reduced balsamic vinegar sauce which was also an amazing combination. The winner and champion dish of the night was ordered by my daughter. She ordered the simple homemade meat tortellini with parmigiana cream sauce. Best dish of the evening. Best meal in Italy!

10/10Lovely relaxed atmosphere full of local families and couples chattering away. No tourist honey pot just the real deal. Great no frills, well cooked good food, Fabulous zeus pasta and scrummy veal escalope. Good selection of local wines. Unpretentious and welcoming. Lovely friendly staff. English spoken and English menus available. Just a few steps out of pedestrian area close to pretty fountains. Go and enjoy.

6.5/10The meat was almost well done and we never got asked how to get it prepared. We had to wait a long time to order desserts. But all in all a fair experience.
