The sushi is delicious - very colourful and the flavours match very well. Absolutely top-notch sushi rolls - you wouldn't guess it's vegan as it tastes and looks like regular sushi. Very authentic taste...and also very photogenic. I highly recommend the food. Though we were the first to arrive (admittedly we did arrive quite early), the restaurant was soon (almost) fully occupied. Very friendly and welcoming staff too, they served us with a smile and were happy to answer any questions we had. The food is definitely well worth the money, and to eat sushi of this calibre is quite unique. Though many people here are used to the AYCE-concept, the prices could seem rather expensive. Yet considering the quality of the dishes and the dining experience, it's definitely not overpriced. I'm also waiting for an extension of the dessert menu - I came for the sushi, but having only two dessert options seems a bit limited. I hope to come back again soon. Innovative, a treat for mouth and eyes!
