Lovely small restaurant honoring the tradition of fado. Lisbon fado has a different sound from what we heard in Porto. definitely order the peppers!

An absolutely amazing experience. The people were so genuine and attentive. It felt as if we were invited into someone’s home for the evening. One of our best experiences in Lisbon. The food was truly outstanding. The Fado beautiful

cozy small place, with friendly service, the food is ok, the music (Fado) was grear. Located in old Lisbon, the pmace is worth a visit. Great time.

Very personal service with quaint and intimate surroundings. Fado singer had great voice and accompanying musicians. Food was limited in selection but well prepared and satisfying.

A small, quaint restaurant with a limited menu, but a true gem. The food was delicious, the server was warm and friendly, we loved her wine recommendation and ordered a 2nd bottle. The chocolate mouse was rich and creamy. And the Fado performers, 2 guitarists, one of whom also sang, were wonderful. Felt like an authentic Portuguese experience.

Very small. Only 22 people. Probably could seat 3 more. But it was nice. Felt very personal. The wait staff were terrific. The Fado was lovely.

Perfect service and wonderful music. Very talented singer. The tapas and wine lovely. Main courses for us were not as good, go for the Tapas. Overall a wonderful evening.

The food was delicious and I loved hearing the musicians perform. The music was moving and made for a really nice experience. It started out fairly empty but filled up by the last set. I was too full to eat more but I wanted to try everything on the menu! The service was exceptional and the chef even checked in about how my experience was! I’d definitely recommend!

A hidden gem among Lisbon's restaurants in the famous Alfama. A short, well-thought-out menu - Portuguese cuisine with a modern twist at its best. Very nice owner who will talk, advise and offer delicacies. The desserts were amazing!

We were very disappointed taking into consideration the classification and the comments. The only item that was good was the Bacalhau a Taberna Velha. All other items (caldo verde, bifana, pudim) were bad. We believe this as a tourist trap.

Ribel the cook was fantastic! Perfect service, wonderful cooking advice and inside tips on Lisbon foods were highly appreciated! Personalized service, great ambiance despite the not-so-inspiring exterior building. We will recommend to friends and will surely be back when visiting Lisbon next time.
