10/10This place was a gem. The proprietor was friendly and ensured we were well taken care of. The Alsace menu was amazing, and the wine accompaniment was perfect. We ordered the Lutece Flammekueche and the Cordon Blue en Munster. Amazing, tres bien!

This family owned restaurant does Alsace correctly. . Tarte flambe and choucroute that like the best you can expect in Stroudsburg. Not to count the gerwtz and Riesling

9/10We chose this restaurant based on TripAdvisor reviews and were not disappointed. I got the Choucroute (the raison d'etre for our visit) and my wife got the Cordon Bleu. The Choucroute was excellent -- meat was well cooked and the sauerkraut was as nicely seasoned as any I have had. My wife's meal was a bit overcooked. It was still ok but could have been better (not worth calling the restaurant's attention to but not up the standard of the other food). The service was friendly and attentive. I could not have asked for better. The place was close to empty, but I suspect that is because of the massive rainstorm that began almost as soon as we were inside -- conveniently stopping just as we were leaving. I would eat here again and recommend it to others -- at least for the Choucroute.

10/10Extremely authentic Alsatian food. Tarte Flambé made perfectly in a wood oven. Choucroute excellent. Solid Alsatian wines with a solid selection in particular the Riesling

10/10The owners are really friendly and happy to spend time chatting, making recommendations and suggesting wine pairings. We felt very welcome. The food was delicious- I definitely recommended the chocolate fondant. The flammekueches were amazing and it was great to be able to see them being cooked.

10/10Lovely restaurant around the corner. Staff was very attentive and when clumsy me succeeded throwing the whole delicious flammenkuchen on the floor, they brought me a second one, no questions asked. Portions were generous, the home-made choucroute was excellent and the housewine was pleasant. Great restaurant!

9/10Very good service! the personnel are very nice and welcoming. East France food is very good and the wine is great. I'm recommending this restaurant to who wish an authentic experience.

10/10Food and service both excellent. Make sure that you're hungry before you go as the portions are very generous. The choucroute was delicious but easily enough for two people. Set menu was generous too. Lovely plate of charcuterie followed by flammekueche and Panna cotta. Would definitely recommend and we'll go back when we visit Toulouse again.
