10/10Exceptional wine list and delicious food. While they do have some Piedmontese dishes, they also offer dishes from other regions. The highlights for us were the prawn gnocchi and a panna cotta that was to die for!

10/10Very good food. Very cheap to be this Quality of the food. Service was excellent. We make a wrong wine choice first and the Sommelier told us to change and he recommend a very good local Chardonnay. Value for the money.

6/10We were seated outdoors (our choice) but had to realise the cars were passing by quite close to us. Not a critical thing though - just not so pleasant. In general the food was o k but under seasoned to our taste. A very impressive wine list- but also pricey. 16 pages with champagne alone! Price/value ratio didn’t quite meet our expectations and I think the restaurant has some way to go before they reach the first “star”.

9/10The food was truly excellent. We enjoyed it with a bottle of Barbera d’Asti wine at a very reasonable price. I didn't like that they made us sit at an isolated table next to boxes of wine. Nevertheless, I would go again with great pleasure.

10/10Head Chef and the staffs, especially the girl who serve our table, work together to create a warm and hospitable atmosphere. We had the pleasure of head Chef sharing a delicate shaving of fresh white truffle for the truffle dish.

6/10Food is good. You get what you pay for. Great value on wine. However, terrible service. Not a smile, barely answering us. Frequently hard to contact regardsless of a seemingly heavily staffed half full restaurant. They did not bother to take away the empty glasses etc until we left and we were without water from the end of our starter until we left. Overall, really good food. Not returning due to the poor service. Nota bene, the service failure is not due to a language barrier (1/3 in our table was Italian). + We were put at a table secluded from all the other guest in the restaurant. I don’t know if they see this as a compliment or a punishment, but I wouldn’t mind being asked weather or not I want to sit all by myself…

8.5/10I had the carne crudo and it was amazing. Especially with the toasted hazelnuts and cheese. I also had the braised beef which was so tender I didn't even need a knife! Great wine list.

5/10Appetizer was warm, not hot. Shrimp was good. Salad was servers without dressing. We had to request it. White truffle pasta was too buttery and noodle too thin to carry flavor of truffles. The beef with wine was excellent. The ravioli with white truffle was very good. Service was slow and non attentive. She forgot to serve coffee so we left without it. Panna Cotta was good. The baba was fair.

6/10Disappointing. Our first dish of soft egg with truffle was very nice, the next two were ordinary at best. Service was indifferent. Nice space, but no energy in the room. We cannot understand why Ventuno 1 has a Michelin notatation versus so many other wonderful restaurants in Alba. We will not return

10/10+4This was our first time dining at Ventuno.1, and we will definitely be back soon. The wine list is incredible, and is a must-visit for any wine lover. The menu offers a large selection of creative and delicious dishes, all presented beautifully. We absolutely loved our meal here. Grazie mille Ventuno.1 team!

6.5/10We have Chosen the restaurant due to its listing Guide Michelin. Not sure how it made it there. It seems the restaurant is trying hard to make a difference to the classical piemontesian ones.

6.5/10The service was very nice, however I felt that we (a group of 19 English-speaking people) were somewhat taken advantage of as tourists - the tajarin pasta looked more like spaghetti, not homemade, the amount of truffle on it was very little for the price (45€ dish). The rest was great - great presentation, good wine list, so overall quite happy.

8.5/10Nice , comfortable restaurant. Good wine list and very good food. Prices were reasonable for what is a medium range eaterie. Staff were accommodating. My daughter is vegetarian and they coped well with that. We would recommend this restaurant as a good solid choice.

10/10Excellent! We split a pasta, dessert and both had a main. The pasta we had was simple, butter & truffles but it was so good! Fresh pasta with shaved black truffles. The suckling roasted pig was also excellent. The dessert we shared was a panacotta the best. ever had in a restaurant. Service was friendly and helpful.
