Everyone in our party was delighted with the food - including those who usually head for a steakhouse - they were seriously impressed with how satisfying vegetarian food can be! Service 95% superb - the missing 5% just because after asking for a couple more minutes with the menu we had to request service after ten minutes.

This was a surprise- birthday dinner for my 2nd half, and it couldn’t go any better. I did mention during the reservation process that we will be celebrating birthdays and the staff really acknowledged that and made that evening special. My partner was very surprised and touched- thank you. Food-wise. We decided to try a few things, and they were all very easy to share. We especially liked the platan starter, rockfish and the avocado-lime musse which was a real surprise. I’m not so much into desserts, and that one was really unique and excellent. We will be happy to return and try another menu. Lovely place, worth a drive and price.

This restaurant was absolutely incredible. Firstly the food was amazing. It’s so great to see vegetables being the star of dishes in such an established high quality hotel - shining a spotlight on sustainable and local foods. There was attention to detail in every dish and a lot of thought and care went into each menu item. Even the drinks had most components handmade in house with no use of external syrups etc. Secondly, the service was second to none. Being in the ritz you expect no less, but it was really exceptional. Jordan was the waiter who greeted us and he was so friendly and welcoming. We then had numerous waiters who were all amazing, friendly and very attentive. Finally the ambiance was great, super fresh and airy. I would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone and everyone. A truly amazing dining experience!

We picked this restaurant because it was the best option for Vegan food on the island. The staff is friendly, the atmosphere beautiful and the food is fantastic! Definitely would come here again! Everyone and everything was excellent ????
