9/10We like this place that offers traditional food with a twist (fruits or spices bring a difference without damaging the flavours) that make them more original and tasty. My meat dish came a bit undercooked but it was quickly resolved. Prices have of course increased a bit over the last two years but they remain reasonable. Service is attentive (under less stress at a weekly lunch than during the busy week-end) and the atmosphere is faitrly quiet.

6.5/10This Restuarant is very good. My wife's dish, the rack of lamb was excellent. To improve this dish the chef might consider serving rosemary potatoes or adding a side of mint sauce. The lamb was cooked to perfection. My steak was a disappointment. The chef seemed unfamiliar with cooking method and the steak was cooked slowly over a moderate heat. The secret to good steak is to get 30 day dry cured Angus sirloin or ribeye. Put steak on plate, oil salt and pepper. Heat dry pan to high temperature. Steak should sizzle when placed in pan. Keep temperature up, 3 mins each side for medium. The steak I got was thin so maybe 2 mins each side turned once. Also sauce should be on side. Serve with small fresh salad. Desert of petite gateaux was simply brilliant, served with a spray of local cognac. The location cannot be helped but the restuarant has largely overcome the roadside eatery vibe. Service was good. A mixed bag, but we will be back.

7/10Food continues to be of an excellent quality and well presented but the service was a bit subpar: obviously it was a busy sunday lunch but they seemed to be a bit overwhelmed even though there were 4 (mostly students) waiters. The cutlery was clean but showed traces of washing stains.

10/10This restaurant is one of the great finds in my life, as I had never had such excellent seafood before. I will make it a point to visit them again and just try the next plate on the menu. In addition the staff was professional, and the place was impeccable. A true pleasure all around.

9.5/10Excellent quality food with great taste, our new local restaurant in Cesaredas/Lourinha. Personal service by the owner made all the difference, we learnt about local Cuisine and the different cuts of meat available. We look forward to returning with more visitors/guests.

7.5/10Food was good, service could have been a bit faster as the restaurant was not very busy. We ordered "rare" cooked Meat and we have received it medium to well done therefore loosing a bit of its taste. We enjoyed the time spent there

10/10This restaurant is in the countryside of Portugal, close to a place where dinosaurs were found. So they have the "Lourinhanossauro", a Tomahawk with veggies for 2 people that is simply AMAZING. We had a bit of Portuguese wine, always wonderful. Recommended.

9.5/10Great starters; croquettes de alheiras, Camembert gratinado with fig jam, portobello mushrooms with mozzarella and tomato. Herb Crusted rack of lamb cooked perfectly, duck magret, and papilote de robalo were delicious. We couldn’t pass up dessert of mini chocolate lava cake ( chocolate mousse) and crème brûlée. Great evening of food !!

10/10One of the best restaurants that I’ve been lately. The staff are amazing, always with a good suggestion and a good conversation. We went with our son (9m) and they change several things on the menu because of his needs (seasoning and ingredients cuts). We fallen in love with the food. All the plates week seasoned and with a flavor that fills our mouths with joy.

4/10Really they tried to do it well but presentation of the food and quantity was poor and overall to salty , inside to warm and decoration poor, could be much better, compare with “dining” at home asking my self “ what I am doing here” only reason you want some exiting moments outside but unfortunately it was not there, The price? Cheap!
