6/10Menu disappointing and very limited choice. Other than the Barman, staff generally disinterested. Food mediocre and they didn’t bother to apply The Fork discount. I didn’t challenge this as we just wanted to leave. The most expensive by far and by far the worst meal in Naples to date. We wouldn’t return.

10/10The staff were uniformly friendly and gracious. The location and outdoor rooftop terrace were fabulous. The dining room was elegant and comfortable. The food and drinks were excellent and the prices were quite reasonable.

9/10We had booked for 6.15pm and received a confirmation email from the restaurant but on arrival we were told the restaurant didn’t open until 7pm. The staff were lovely and showed us to the roof terrace where we said we were happy to have a cocktail until the restaurant opened. Every course in the restaurant was delicious, the wine was great quality and not over priced. The service was superb.

Good food and lovely staff. It was raining so the terrace was closed. The Indoor ambiance is nothing special and I think the food is a bit overpriced. Naples has better and more authentic restaurants that are a must before trying this place.

10/10Francesco and the team made sure we felt welcome and were happy throughout our meal. The menu had interesting and varied dishes; and the food served tasted delicious and was beautifully presented. I would usually steer clear of restaurants in hotels, however I'm very glad we were drawn to Vesuvio, initially, mostly for the novelty of the rooftop terrace.

Beautiful place, when we arrived we were given a drink which we enjoyed with a view of Naples and went in for a great dinner! Don't miss the pasta genovese. The staff was very kind especially Francesco

10/10Excellent meal at the rooftop restaurant of Una Hotel in front of Piazza Garibaldi in Napoli. We got a welcome pour of Prosecco to have outside on the terrace before coming in for dinner. Very attentive service and quality dishes, as you’d expect from an upscale hotel.

10/10We had a wonderful experience at this breakfast buffet! The selection was impressive, offering a variety of options, including gluten-free choices, fresh fruits, and a great mix of continental and american dishes. Everything was fresh and well-prepared. What made the experience even better was the service. The staff were incredibly accommodating, always greeting guests with a warm smile and making everyone feel special especially Salvatore and Ciro. Their friendly and attentive approach created a welcoming atmosphere, making breakfast even more enjoyable. Overall, a fantastic way to start the day—great food, excellent service, and a pleasant dining experience. Highly recommended!

Absolutely fantastic food and fantastic service! Frederico and Giuseppe made the evening extra special with gifts of prosecco before the meal and limoncello after, and the food was some of the best we've had all trip!

5/10The service was nice especially Anna but food was frozen and we could not eat it. The chef did not even came to our table after complaint. So sorry to the staff but we do not recommend this venue

Thanks for visiting. Yesterday he didn't like the dishes, but as already reported yesterday, our catch is fresh and processed every day, the frozen baby octopus cooked in the Neapolitan style. We had a great experience while we had a breakfast at the rooftop bar of the hotel. The food is tasty and various , local and international. The service is very good, friendly staff. The view from the rooftop is amazing, you can see Vesuvio in all his beauty and Naples with his authentic atmosphere which give you a really nice feeling while you’re drinking coffee at the rooftop bar. There is also a possibility to have a dinner on the rooftop bar what we will do for sure when will come back next time . Highly recommended place!

8.5/10We reserved on line and the waiter was rather annoyed by this. He took our food order and then ran off without taking any drinks. The rest of the staff were great, but the one waiter seemed to be either somehow offended by my existence or a having a very bad day. When we asked for the bill he made a point of saying there was no discount which I found strange as I never said I thought I was entitled to one. The food and view was amazing but it's apparently a very bad idea to reserve online.

9/10The rooftop was nice....but they might want to clean or polish their plates better...silverware and glasses fine. The way to the toilets dirty and dirty things from the tables, along the way, we were early....at 19. 2 ladies wc. One with no light. and the other one with loose seat etc...I would maybe go again for a drink and the wiew but not a meal though the food was good. Tips added to the end price and no option...for the staff said the manager. Maybe the overhead compartment only likes to see money, thats maybe it.

5.5/10The food was the worst experience I’ve ever had, I took one bite into my starter and had to send it back really disappointed as the staff are all lovely and the setting is so nice but I have to say the food was really bad
