Service was very good and food rated as good. The rooftop was to windy to enjoy and we were quickly and efficiently given a seat inside.

Absolute failure and discrimination. They ruined my daughter’s 18th birthday We traveled all the way from Ireland specifically to celebrate my daughter's 18th birthday here, choosing this venue for its panoramic view. I booked the best table three weeks in advance and had a written confirmation stating that the outdoor table was guaranteed unless it rained. Upon arrival, they lied to our faces, claiming they "don't serve dinner outside," which completely contradicted their own email. It turned out they gave all the prime tables to hotel guests, explicitly stating that residents are their priority. They clearly don't care about international guests or milestone celebrations if you aren't staying at their hotel. We flew across Europe for a special night, only to have it ruined by their dishonesty and appalling lack of professionalism. My daughter was in tears. Avoid this place at all costs!

That evening a very strong wind prevented Guests to have an enjoyable dinner on the Roof, so they all spontaneously decided to dine inside, in our new restaurant, that re-opened its door on march, the 6th. We can understand you could feel disappointed because you were expecting to celebrate your daughter’s 18th birthday outside, and we surely feel sorry for it, but we did what we had to. And we are sure it would have not been such a pleasant atmosphere to dine in an empty terrace for dining. the view is incredible, it has a really nice vibe too. The food was really good, especially the beef tartare and the caprese. it's a lovely quiet venue to get away from the craziness of Napoli

I booked a table at 6pm. But in fact the dinner menu will be ready only by 7pm. So what I could do is to order from the lunch menu for the appetizers and then main courses from dinner menu after 7pm. Since it was raining and cloudy, I couldn't enjoy my dinner at rooftop.

The food was pretty decent, however the starter and main were served at same time. When I asked to keep the main hot and serve it later, they served the main together with my dessert. Very awkward. The view is great.

We had such an incredible experience at Vesuvio Rooftop Bar today! From the moment we arrived, everything was perfect. The atmosphere is stunning, with breathtaking views that truly make the whole experience unforgettable. A special thank you to Francesco, who looked after us so well throughout our visit. He was extremely attentive, friendly, and made us feel so welcome from start to finish. His service really elevated our experience. To top it all off, we were treated to complimentary limoncello and espresso, which was such a lovely and generous touch. It made the evening feel even more special. We absolutely loved everything about this place and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Napoli. Can’t wait to come back!

Really quite disappointed with the setting

We had dinner here at sunset and the view was spectacular! We loved the food, and our waiter Francesco was friendly and attentive. We only had one night in Naples and we are happy we spent some of it at Vesuvio!

The rooftop part looks fine. The eating part is at the interior like any other restaurants. The waiters try to help but don’t aleays succeed. For example they bring still when i asked sparkling water. I asked for the wine list whic came after 30 minutes. About the food: it is a limited menu, not so many choiches. I asked for the fish and it was not cleaned, i almost choke with rhe scales. Limoncello was at the room temperature, i think this something unique in Italy. The restaurant looks good but thats the only good part

The waiter was very polite and professional, but the kitchen experience was disappointing. The dish arrived late and seemed forgotten, and when we sent it back, it wasn’t received well. Great service from the waiter, but the kitchen needs better communication and organization.

Fish was very overcooked. Food was generally very poor. Some staff were very lovely, others not so friendly. Nice location especially if you sit outside.

Without doubt , it’s an outside table you want on a nice day … nice suprize on rooftop in the middle of the gritty part of the city close (300m ) to the Naples central train statio n in the main square ( piazza garibaldi ) … almost always open at anytime , as the restaurant is part of a 4 star hotel ….. speaking of stars , the star here is manager FRANCESCO … old school polite , courteous , authentic , genuine , friendly & is the way all hospitality peoples can take as an example … He will do his best , so you may have a joyous memorable experience , ( & with pleasure ) … no one could ask for more than that (?) !

A terrible way to end a trip. This place's selling point is their rooftop bar, and yet inadequate staffing meant only a tiny section of the roof was actually available for seating, despite us having a reservation. The staff said that no food is available for outdoor seating, right as we saw someone receiving food in the bar area. I received warmer service in remote areas.

We had made a reservation several weeks ago and they still made us wait for over half an hour. The service was horrible and the waiters were rude! We also had to wait for our food for over an hour. DO NOT GO TO THIS RESTAURANT!

What a wonderful find in Napoli. The servers are incredibly professional and warm. From the moment we walked in, we were given a glass of Prosecco as a welcome. The sunset views were the perfect backdrop for a romantic meal with my love.

We had a table reservation 19.30, we got our table one hour later. Was in the waiting area for one hour despite reservation!! And people who came in after us, got a table before us. Maybe they shouldn’t work together with the fork if it means you are getting behind in line (the waiter told us!!). Food was nice…wanted to say the view was nice but we had a table where we couldn’t see it and we were blinded by the light from the light projectors outside the terrace!! Not the best experience.

We went for the view but our table was too far from the edge of the patio to have much view. Food was ok. We had a long wait for a table despite having a reservation but they have everyone one free glass of prosecco while waiting. Server was friendly. Glen free bread was good.

This restaurant was absolutely phenomenal, staff were exceptional and gave us complimentary glass of prosecco while we waited to be seated in their beautiful lounge outside. The view was gorgeous, if you are looking for a fine dining experience in Naples, this place was definitely worth it !
