Service was unfriendly and unhelpful. Decided to leave after one drink and did not order dinner, since the experience was not great, and there are so many places in Milan that are better.

Dear Sir thanks for your review which helps us to explain our behavior to other customers. I'm very sorry that you define the service no good. However, i need to clarify that this judgment of yours arises because you would have wanted to occupy a different table (already reserved by other customers before you) from the one assigned to you. If this is being unfriendly and unhelpful, we will continue to be so because respect for customers is very important to us and this means that if someone reserves the table before others that place is for him and no one else. Furthermore, the table assigned to you was far from the door, far from the bathroom, in short, one of the best tables. You give the food a sufficient rating but you did not eat, you write that the waiting time is slow but you didn't wait because you preferred to leave without ordering .In our humble opinion, you should have appreciated the behavior of the dining room staff who respected those who had priority. Lovely, friendly staff and superb food - every aspect was wonderful. Prices very reasonable for the quality delivered. Would recommend to anyone and will hopefully get the chance to return.

The kindness of staff especially the owner Vincenzo, the food was delicious and well priced, totally recommend the parmigiana and then osso buco. Left really happy and with a big smile inn my face and a full belly!

The food was mediocre, and not in keeping with the many positive reviews. Pasta with butter and sage was served at room temperature, not warm or hot. Butter was not browned, so the whole dish was bland and unappealing. This was typical of all the dishes ordered there. This is an average neighborhood restaurant, at best--not a dining destination.

It is not true Dear Sir, it is not true that you were at a table with another customer, but that other our guest sat next to you in another table spaced apart You can't say "water scam" we serve water treated with the Culligan system, a world famous company, 75 cl for the price of only 2 euros, probably you don't know that the fork discount does not include drinks I accept that you can say that the food was terrible but this surprises me because you only ordered the spaghetti with lobster and ate it all, if it had been terrible food you would have returned it or said something instead you paid "only 23.20 euros" and nothing you told us. Honestly, your review is offensive, inexplicable and incredible but it is denied, fortunately, by many customers who honor us with their visits and write about us in a different way. However, I will contact my lawyer to file a complaint against you for the offensive and criminally relevant terms used and for compensation for the damage that your review is causing me.
