8.5/10This was our first visit to Vibes in Syracusa and the welcome was warm from all the waiters and the food was very good and wine selection interesting . However it was the service was excellent and helpful . It was so good we returned for a second dinner which was just as enjoyable.

10/10We shared the tempura zucchini blossom appetizer which was a hit with us both. We had fish mains and a drink overlooking the boats and people coming and going. A wonderful experience.

9.5/10Set on the waterfront, Vibes offers great service and excellent food and wine in a relaxed setting. Their pasta dishes are some of the best I’ve eaten, not just in Sicily but in Italy as a whole - the baby lobster with spaghetti is exceptional. It’s perhaps not as reasonable as some of Ortigia’s restaurants but the quality of the food, the service and the setting are more than worth the few extra euros!

6/10Too expensive for what it is. An inconsequential evening. None of the dishes stood out and everything was overall too expensive for what you got. The risotto had no taste and the rest were just ok. The place looks alright but there’s better spots.

10/10We have traveled to 35 countries as a family — this was one of our favorite meals, anywhere! The food was delicious — seafood tartare, pumpkin risotto, fish ragu pasta, cod fillet, lovely grilled polpo (octopus). Nice wine selection. Service was friendly and attentive. Our three children were welcomed. If you enjoy great seafood, you should stop here!

Beautiful night to sit outside and enjoy the food. They were out of the veal meatballs so friend scallops was suggested. That was probably the better dish. Everything we had was delicious. Was also just a 3 minute walk from our hotel.

7/10The beef Carpacchio was amazing! It was the best we ever had! Service was slow… it took over 45 minutes after we ordered to receive our appetizer. We ordered two pasta dishes ; one with veal, one with sword fish. They were just ok… vey salty! We shared the crispy amberjack. It was a small dry, mostly dark flesh portion…. Which we do not eat. The ribbon zucchini it was served with was good. The servers were very kind and courteous. The wine was good.

10/10we have been disappointed in almost all the food we have had in Sicily. The Vibes food was good. I recommend the stuffed, roasted squid appetizer. Very unusual and interesting way to eat squid/calamari. My wife had the burrata salad. very fresh and good. we shared the lobster pasta. that was good, not overwhelmingly great. we are not huge fans of this dish in the first place, so I am not sure you should take my opinion on this. The chef speaks perfect English. Make sure and talk to him about the menu.

7/10The philosophy of the restaurant ( written even in a menu) is good food, good service and hospitality. From my opinion the last two were not at the level the restaurant positions itself. There were a lot of small things that I would rate in total us unsatisfied. The olive oil provided before the food was given for each guest on a plate, but only a few drops ( really small amount). In addition, the waiter took away without asking. The wine ( with cost 9 EUR per glass) was just poured to the glass without offering to taste… There were only two tables occupied, my food were not warm enough, probably waiting for my spouse’s dish to be finished. The second course was great but the temperature put the experience down..

10/10We decided to have one fancy night out for dinner and saw this one was highly rated - and it definitely lived up to the name! The restaurant was suprisingly quiet when we came but despite this we had an amazing experience, the food was incredible (highly recommend the seared tuna)! The service was absolutely the highlight of the evening, our waiter was so lovely and funny, he recommended us the wine which was lovely. Would 100% go back! Was worth the price

9.5/10Excellent food and wine. Be warned, it was very warm sitting outside. Perhaps some fans would be useful. We booked with thefork for the 20% discount. Unfortunately this was not deducted. My fault as I did not see before paying.

Top level restaurant in Ortigia. Chic and cosy. High quality raw materials, perfect combination of innovation and tradition, with an eye on the refined mise en place. The staff is kind and you can only wish to come back. A place of the heart, in the heart of Ortigia.

10/10Fabulous food, best so far on our travels around sicily. All three courses were amazing accompanied by beautiful Etna wines. Deserves to be fully booked day and night. Definitely not to be missed & will return before we go, which we never normally do. Best chef by a mile, fabulous flavours, genuine friendly service providing great advice whilst not being at all pushy. 100%+ reccomend 👌👌👌👌👌
