10/10A pearl in Lecce! We are so happy we went to this restaurant!! Its amazing! Everything was Amazing! We loved The food combinations and every thing tasted so goed! I think this people love wat they doe! Making people happy with amazing food! The chef and staf are very freindly and want to give you the best experience! 10/10We enjoyed a fabulous meal at Vico del cucinere last night. Every dish was perfect, delicious and beautifully presented. We have been 2 weeks touring Puglia and this was our best meal so far. Innovative puglian inspired cooking

+1The food is not only delicious but a work of art … presentation beyond expectation. The outdoor seating is on a quiet street away from the Lecce crowds. Pleasant music is playing at a reasonable volume. It was a lovely experience.

10/10I arrived at an evening where I had the restaurant for myself (Monday). The food was enjoyable and highly creative done at a presentation worth its money. You should visit this place before the Michelin inspectors will do it resulting in a climb in the ranks and the prices. Highly recommended but a bit difficult to find (I used the navigation app of my smartphone)

10/10The food was exquisite and the service attentive but not overly so. I am gluten free. This was no problem with gluten free bread and crackers served. The amuse bouche was adjusted to be gluten free and I was served tiny warned gluten free biscuits with my coffee. Faultless. Thank you for making me feel like a normal diner.

9/10Fine dining take on traditional Puglian food. Food quality very good with only one (very) small blip - the crème brûlée with apple that we had for desert tasted great but was slightly scrambled. Other than that - perfect!

10/10Amazing and very inventive fusion Italian food that works. The duck ragù over their homemade pasta is to die for…going back to have that again! Service is excellent. The dinning room is gorgeous and the suggested wine for our meal was perfect. Husband and wife owned, you can feel the love and passion in the food. Come here because they are surely in line for the Michelin culinary stamp of approval!

7.5/10Lovely restaurant. It appeared that the chef had dyed the olive oil to create some artistry. I found that a bit offputting to be honest. We were asked 3 times if we enjoyed to which we answered every time. Service was very slow when we first sat down. The food was very nice.

Thank you Mary for appreciating our restaurant and our cuisine. We would like to point out that our oil is served separately and is particularly green, as it is a high quality extra virgin Leccino oil. Our sauces, however, are all vegetarian and their color depends on the vegetable used. We are sorry for the slow service, due to a particularly busy evening. This is also why we recommend punctuality in arrivals and orders; in your case, you preferred to drink some cocktails and then order about 45 minutes after arrival, and this resulted in the order overlapping with those of the tables that arrived later, creating a bit of a delay, for which we nevertheless apologize.

This was a tranquil oasis on a back street in Lecce. We were one of only two couples only in restaurant. attentive service. Food highlights: the amuse bouche of cold beet and potato puree with toasted corn was excellent. The carpaccio of salmon one of the best my husband has had. My handmade tagliolini (with 40 egg yolks!) and duck ragout succulent.

We are sorry that you did not like the croaker fillet. Our cuisine reworks the raw materials by combining them with other flavors (in this case sweet and sour red onion and citrus fruits) and for this it's generally highly appreciated. We offer five different starters and a selection of cheeses, which are published on all our online pages and which we will be happy to recommend if you wish to return.

10/10A very nice place, a hidden gem. The dishes are excellent, the wine list is elaborate, the restaurant room is tastefully designed with a lot of space between tables. And above all, the staff is truly gentle.

A gorgeous surprise! We walked away from the busyness of central Lecce, down this very quite laneway to find this treasure. The service was very good & the food was amazing, would highly recommend d this dining experience.

10/10This was one of our favourite meals in Puglia. The amuse bouche was delicious. Hubby was offered gluten free bread and they were happy to adapt the dish he wanted so it was suitable for him. Service was amazing.

On a hot day, we came for lunch at this small, cozy restaurant. I liked absolutely everything, including the nearby underground parking. The service is fast and kind, with a detailed explanation of each dish. Wide selection of Apulian wines. Each dish is prepared with great skill. My husband is a duck lover and he was very pleased with the quality of the dish.

10/10This restaurant is beyond expectation. Friendly spontaneous staff giving excellent service. The course choices are limited but each is exceptional, an a la carte meal with a degustation feel together with a very good wine selection. Highly recommended.
