The setting is 5 star. The ambience is lovely also. The first glass of wine had oxidation and it was 8€ a glass. It was mentioned but no replacement offered. The main meal consisted of a calzone pizza and a dessert of tiramisu. This was a mixed bag. The pizza was only half eatable due to the white fatty cheese which was too difficult to digest and half had to remain uneaten. The dessert was tiramisu which was superb, the best I have experienced. Sadly , an expresso was delivered in a non hot cup to make the whole evening a thumbs down at 49€ In summary, a few good decisions by those in the know could resurrect things, but I’m afraid there will be ‘as it is’. Overcharging for ambience and not good food. Overall, not recommended, I am sad to say

The pizzas weren't crispy, the bottom was quite soggy and soft. The waiter who served us was quite rude. When bringing the bill, he slammed the bill holder onto the table.

Authentic interior, truly Neapolitan pizza on the thin crust (and a large selection of feelings!). Tomato salad with arugula is not worth attention—only cherry tomatoes were tasty, and the arugula was not appropriately washed—sand crunched on teeth. Polite service. Very politely, with questions and body language, waiters hinted that it was time for us to leave as soon as we finished with pizza, ordered an espresso and did not plan to order more. But for the pizza, it is worth coming back here!

The best pizza I’ve ever had in my life was at an amazing restaurant etched in my memory, not just for its incredible food but also for its charming style, which we reached by strolling through the enchanting streets near the Pantheon! Their desserts were extraordinary as well! Every time I visit Rome, the first thing I’ll definitely do is have pizza at Vico. The service, presentation, ambiance, hygiene, and flavor are simply on another level!

Once you walk into VICO, you feel at home. From drinks to the surprise welcome nibble to the food, the entire experience is personal. And everything thing is amazing! We never felt rushed to finish and the staff were so friendly and fun to talk to. This is a must when in Rome!

Diavola pizza was outstanding. Food was great, we ordered the carpaccio and tuna tataki, both very good flavor and for dessert a coccinella, equally as good, service was ok, the place is beautiful.

Truly amazing — beautiful wine collection with expertise knowledge. amazing staff that quickly put 2-frazzled parents traversing Rome with a toddler too ease with a special quick pizza (thus allowing parents to enjoy their dinner). Gorgeous restaurant— locals with tourists. And then, the pizza —wow: the cheese, bread: wife had a beautiful Margherita with so much flavor!! I wanted something bold—Ansjovis perfect!! But— the small fried Mediterranean was an uninspected surprise. The deserts were pretty great- limoncello-sponge cake and the Bellini mouse (and pastry chef reviewed with us). We will be back!!

The portion was very large. Two of us only ordered a cold cut platters & a pizza but we couldn’t finish it. The taste was delicious & the restaurant environment was very nice. We shall return next time when we travel to Rome.

The pizza was superb, the blue cheese calzone appetizer was amazing and the atmosphere was just to my liking, sublime! Thanks you for such an unexpected treat! The next time my family is in Roma, we will make a point to stop here again. Grazie mille! Ciao!

Nicely decorated little restaurant with a vast selection of pizza and remarkable wine list. I would describe the staff's behaviour as more formal than was necessary for the occasion as it lacked, I think, a warmer welcome and help in explaining the dishes. Overall though, it is well worth a visit and we would go again.

The pizza here was divine. My husband had the pizza Pantheon, that was made with special spices of pepper and sesame, that flavored the white sauce and complimented the sausage and tomatoes that was so rich and flavorful. So different. We all loved our pizzas- Margherita and Diavola. The ambiance was very classy, and the service was great, and they patiently answered all our questions about the different pizzas. I would definitely go there again and again and again if I could!
