9.5/10Only 10 minutes up the hill from the Noto crowds we found this fantastic restaurant. It doesn’t look like much from the outside but the food was the best we experienced in a holiday of great food in Noto and Siracusa. I’d recommend the linguine prawn and truffle pasta, the pistachio crusted tuna and the tiramisu - all top notch and reasonably priced. The service was also excellent and welcoming.

10/10We celebrated Easter dinner at Vicolo Ristorante. What a wonderful place - cozy atmosphere, friendly staff, delicious food. Beautiful place tucked into a small alley - would definitely recommend!

Dear Sir, it’s curious how everything was fine at the end of your dinner, yet online it becomes “seriously not okay.” This isn’t constructive criticism — it’s just a lack of fairness. If someone doesn’t have the courage to speak honestly in person, they should probably think twice before doing it behind a keyboard.

We had a little misunderstanding with the reservation but the crew solved the issue with great care and respect. The pictures of the ambience were very different from what we have ate and from the real location. The entree were of high quality and we really enjoyed them, especially the bufala and alici crostone and the fresh raw fish dishes. However the pasta was not very well cooked and it lacked of incisive flavour. The desserts were OK. We suggest the ricotta mouse with cinnamon

10/10We thoroughly enjoyed our meal at Vicolo. The food was delicious and artfully presented, including local specialties with a more modern presentation. Amazing tuna carpaccio with passion fruit. And the Orata baked with tomatoes in transparent wrapping was festive looking and absolutely delicious. We finished the evening with classic Sicilian cannolis, made to perfection. Fresh ingredients, lovely decor and very friendly staff made the evening at Vicolo one of the most memorable parts of our stay in Noto. Looking forward to a return visit.

10/10This was the first restaurant we tried during our holiday and it was a wonderful first dinner in Sicily. We were served with a kind and friendly smile and every course was absolutely delightful. The seafood was extremely fresh and the flavours of every dish were perfect! Definitely a hidden gem in Noto :-)

This was a great find thanks to TripAdvisor, a little trouble finding the correct street but once we parked the signs got us there. It was a wonderful meal and experience. Put this on your list if you are in the Noto area.

10/10My wife and I had a lovely romantic dinner here. The menu is simple and refined, the service was good, and the location is nicely tucked away from the main Noto streets. Would highly recommend!

10/10This restaurant is located several blocks up from the Corso Vittorio Emanuele in Noto. It is well worth the walk up the hill and down a charming alley to experience this excellent restaurant. If you want to sit with the rest of the tourists any pizza then the Corso is your best option. If you want excellent local seafood then you need to make an effort to walk up the hill.

10/10We're so glad we discovered this restaurant. While a bit of a walk from the center of tourist activities, it was well worth it. The food was excellent, from a wonderful selection of starters to a spaghetti dish with pistachio and tuna. The ambience was cozy and very attractive. We considered this one of our best meals in Sicily -- and we've had a lot of good ones!

4.5/10Poor food in an almost empty restaurant, overprized. Starter with fish and vegetables with no vegetables but ricotta cheese. Beer not cold. Pasta Norma of mediocre quality.

4.5/10The food wasn't great, when we arrived at 8.30 they hadn't dishes of menu. Finally we ordered a spaghetti with pistachio and shrimps with one shrimp and without flavour. Value for money low
