The ambience and service was really nice since we went on a weekday at 17.00 for dinner. Ordered PAPPARDELLE DI MELISSA which was very good and CARBONARA was okay. Also ordered homemade dark chocolate truffle which was very good. The food arrived fast and the place was starting to fill up by 18.00. Overall very happy with the food, ambience and service.

I had long wanted to try this restaurant out, because of its ranking on the top 50 list. Finally we went there for dinner. Everything worked out well. See photos.

We booked a table for 8:00 PM and even got a confirmation this morning, which we replied to. We arrived 5 minutes early, but the table wasn’t ready until 8:42 PM. No explanation, no water, no menus — just waiting for 42 minutes. Staff said “we can’t ask guests to leave”, even though their policy limits tables to 2.5 hours. We had promised a table for six, but got a four-person table with one extra chair. It was cramped, and no one apologized. Other guests were also waiting 20–30 minutes, so it’s clear the restaurant overbooks and can’t manage timing. This ruined our Friday night — everyone left hungry and disappointed. Unprofessional, greedy, and poor service. Not recommended.

Incredible food and great attention to detail. Staff is genuinely interested in helping you and provided tasteful recommendations. I had the truffle pasta and I was blown away, though their staff also recommended their grilled items. I suppose that will have to wait until next time!

A wonderful experience where the food preparation is primary. Attentive service, knowledgeable staff, wide ranging selections, and perfect presentations. Also, great value relative to other equally rated restaurants. Inside/outside seating. We ordered 5 entrees and all were excellent, especially the entrecôte and spaghetti bolognese. Good bread, nice short wine selection. I could return here 10 nights in a row and never have the same thing and be happy. On par with Wedholm Fisk and B. A. R. Restaurant, both top of the line establishments.

This is how you want a restaurant to be: Lots of locals. Great food. A waiter that understands your needs before advising. The location is in a quiet street, a short walk from the busiest areas. We would go there again.
