Intimate, chic, welcoming. Viola has provided us with high quality, distinctive meals for several decades, ever since they opened. The menu is brief, but every dish is perfectly executed. Prices are fair for the high quality ingredients and capable kitchen. Unless he is on assignment elsewhere, Mr. Viola will be there assuring you are treated like VIPs.

Viola never disappoints. It is a very intimate restaurant. The menu reflects many things they do extremely well. The wine list is masterful. If you are a loyal customer, and asks politely, they may offer something not on the menu, like the brilliant bagna cauda which we had today. It is a lovely quiet venue in which to enjoy a memorable meal.

We have been enjoying Viola for many years. The restaurant is consistently excellent, ,welcoming, and fair value for high end dining. There are usually a few seasonal variations, but a solid and regular repetoire. A well crafted wine list adds to the enjoyment.

We have been enjoying Viola ever since it opened (close to 20 years?}. It is the most consistent quality restaurant in town. The menu is fairly brief, but everything is presented with great style, quality and excellent taste. In short, you are guaranteed a delightful meal here. The wine list is extensive, Mr. Viola is charming, kind and active host. While we love Ligurian cuisine, Viola's repertoire goes beyond the typical local menus.

We have been enjoying Viola for many years. It is reliable, congenial, has a fine wine selection and its repertoire goes beyond the Ligurian specialties that most of the local restaurants specialize in. Small, and on a quiet section of Via Dante, they cater to a discerning clientele. A worthy choice if you are willing to invest in a very good meal.

Meal after meal, year after year, Viola is in our opinion one of the two best restaurants in Alassio. It is the first place we think of to celebrate important milestones and also where we go when we are just ready for a very fine dinner or lunch. Prices are very fair for the level of quality.

Elegant, consistently high quality, with a distinctive menu, we have enjoyed Viola for many years. This is a fine place for a celebration and on we of the best choices for miles around.
