Fabulous food and service! The menu goes far above and beyond pizza. I had the Sea Bass Roland with Crispy Vegetables - beautifully prepared and presented, and delightfully delicious. My colleague had the Veal Saltimbocca, served with herbed potato slices, also skillfully prepared and delicious. Raj, our knowledgable and friendly server, helped us choose an excellent wine from the extensive wine list. We have had the pleasure and privilege of dining at Michelin star and other recognized restaurants in Chicago, New York, San Francisco, LA, New Orleans, Paris, Vienna - over the years. Visconti 2.0 ranks among the best with its innovative menu and inspired preparations of fresh, seasonal ingredients, attentive service and curated selection of the best wines from regional “Cantinas,” and is very reasonably priced. We are returning to Rome soon and are looking forward to tasting more items on the menu. Highly recommend!

9.5/10Enjoyed a delicious meal while sitting outside enjoying a beautiful summer day. There were 6 of us and no one was disappointed with their meal choice. Truffle carbonera, grilled octopus, ravioli with truffle sauce, spaghetti carbonara, and cacao Pepe were yummy. House wine was excellent!

9/10The space is relaxed and airy without too much noise. The food is really fresh and imaginatively cooked. The portions of the primi are huge so beware! The service was friendly and very efficient. The only slight criticism was that the carbonara was over-rich and loaded with pecorino so hard to finish. Overall though a great meal.

The steak was perfectly grilled—medium rare, tender, and juicy. The dessert was absolutely delightful, and the wine pairing was excellent. The service was also warm and attentive. As my first dinner in Rome, I couldn't be more satisfied.

Ordered carbonara and pizza margherita. The carbonara is excellent! Pizza was good, not the best I’ve had. Crust was a bit soft, perhaps a little underdone. I’ve been here before and the restaurant is consistent. Friendly staff quaint space, I’ll be back.

6/10The food was okay, in particular given the reduction granted through the fork. However, I don’t think it’s appropriate for a waiter to ask for a tip, especially when the service charge is already included. Tips should be a guest’s choice, based on their experience, rather than a request.

Signor Emil il nostro collaborate al momento di pagare le chiede solo se ha intenzione di inserire la mancia con la carta di credito perché in questo caso la mancia va aggiunta al conto così da avere lo stesso importo sia sullo scontrino della carta sia sulla ricevuta fiscale. In Italia ci sono regole fiscale che siamo obbligati a rispettare per non incorrere in sanzioni.

Visited Visconti 2.0 based on many good reviews. Nice place. Good for a casual dinner. Loved their commitment to products typical of Lazio region. Wine list is extensive and our server was knowledgeable. We had 2 white wines by the glass. Both of which were very nice and only 6 euros. Gnocchi with scampi in saffron sauce was very good

4.5/10Two dishes were pretty good, one was very bland. Pizza was mediocre d appetizer was not edible. Server kept upselling and insisted on tip at the end. Would not recommend.

We ate 2 out of our 3 day stay in Rome. The food is amazing, fresh, homemade and local. Jorik and his colleagues are extremely polite, nice and helpful and always made sure everything was according to our taste and preferences. The server helped us choose from their extremely wide range of wines and the choice was superb. Cannot recommend them enough, they are simply the best restaurant in the Vatican area. An absolute must try!

8/10We had a reservation, and we were ushered to a back room by ourselves, and even when we left there were only a few tables filled in the whole restaurant We found it odd that they placed us in the back. The food was great, and reasonably priced, and the service was good too, although we had to locate someone to ask for our bill because we were out of the way.
