Nice view and great fried fish of the lake. Slow service and kitchen not always great. Fork (-20%) discount promised by app was not possible to apply.

The booking online was simple although when we got there they didn’t know we had made a booking. The food was excellent but our cold starter was dumped on the table at the same time as our hot main course. At the end of the meal we asked for the bill and I was told to go to the bar to pay. I was met there by a hostile female bar manager who snottily asked me what my table number was. I told her I didn’t know but there was only me and my friend out there having food and one other occupied table having drinks. She looked outside, printed the bill off and threw it in my direction. Not a great end to a nice evening.

We were shown to our table straight away but although I said we had a reservation they didn’t take my name. We waited a while before we were asked what drink we wanted and then a further while to take the order. The drinks had still not come. We waited another 10 minutes and the drink’s arrived after a further 20 minutes the starters arrived but were cold. Because we had waited so long we just ate them. We then waited and waited and waited. Our reservation was for 8 pm at 9:30 pm I had to ask where our food was. It arrived 3 minutes later. The fish was poor quality with little accompanying it and was tepid. We ate it quickly and left. This was one of the worst evening meals out we have ever had.

Exzellent Food, very friendly personell ans cosy, modern ans silent ambiente! Location in Theo Heart of Sirmione. We highly recommend the Restaurant and we will come again!

The food was subpar, and the service was even worse. We had the beef tartar, Parma pizza, and wine. The pizza arrived cold. When we told the waiter, he said they'd make a new one, but instead they just reheated our semi-sliced tray (with a few slices missing). It would have been reasonable if it were warm at that point, but it was at the same temperature that it was when it was sent back. The waiter asked if everything was OK so we mentioned it to him. He offered dessert, but after staying quite a while we realized it wasn't a sincere offer. They don't really seem to care if you had a good experience as long as you paid for the overpriced meal.

Party of 6, holiday visit & booked well in advance as peak season Saturday. Checked out restaurant on arrival & confirmed reservation all ok with staff. Assured by staff all good & couple of hours later duly arrived promptly at time booked but no table… they’d very obviously given away our table to another party just before we arrived! Resort busy & party size/late eating time meant no option but to hang about waiting.., for 1 hour!! Really no point of using Fork if restaurants don’t honour bookings. Staff apologised, fobbed us off with glass of Prosecco & pretence of people overstaying. Food when we were eventually seated was decent but at after 10pm & rushed to order as kitchen was closing cannot recommend. Truly spoiled night.

Excellent food. Ambiance and surroundings is great as well. Not crowded. We had the octopus as a starter and merluza and Marinara Pizza. As a desert we chose the Tiramisu. All was more than delicious. Well presented too. Can’t recommend more. ???????? Bravo!

Best meal in Italy. Lovely staff and food, with the restaurant overlooking the sea. We had incredible pizza, the pork main dish and the cacio e Pepe. Dessert was the chocolate and toffee. All was simply out of this world. I could not recommend it more highly!

Real pizza napoletana and very gooood (confirmed by my girlfriend who comes from Napoli). Drinks were really leveraged and delicious. I recommend ZEN drink !!! In general everything was very positive. Restaurant located 20m from the lake so nice view if you sit outside.

Great location and amazing food, all in all probably the best value for money I've seen in Sirmione. Watching the sunset while eating these amazing dishes was such a great experience! Only negative point is the service: while waiters were very friendly and nice to customers, they lacked any organisation or structured approach. They forgot our drinks, never picked up empty cocktail glasses from the table, didn't ask us to taste the wine, had to ask us whether we had a second course and at the end even lost track of what we ordered so that we had to tell them what we ordered to be able to pay. The surprise the day after was even to find out that they hadn't signalled to The Fork that we used our reservation.

We went there at 19:00 for dinner. After ordering at 19:15, we realized over time that all the guests who came after us got their meals already. Ok, so let’s wait. After 30min, we told the waitress and she said sorry, andcthat it comes. After 15min more, we told another waiter about the issue. The guests who came after us had already left the Restaurant at that time. So 15min later (means more than 1:15 after we sat down), we left the Restaurant without “ANTYTHING” to eat!!! SHAME ON YOU!!!

Maybe that was just unlucky day (public holiday in Sirmione), but the lunch we had were disappointing - wet not properly cocked pizza and overcooked spaghetti (in Italy!)
