Food is the main reason to eat at viva, dishes are great, service is also very good. I don't have complain about the location, it's inside Eataly, so? Just the wine, yes it's overpriced.. but it doesn't ruin the whole experience... Don't ask for wine pairing if you want to pay less

We had an exceptional meal with a gracious host, Chef Varese and her staff. Our starter of beans peas and asparagus with mint was a dazzling bright green and full of flavor. Our main dishes of linguine with spider crab and the pannacott were rich in flavor. And the chocolate soufflé was simply rich and comforting. Several amuse bouche and dessert treats complimented the meal. Good pace and attentive but not intrusive staff. Chef Verese was attentive and a delight to engage with.

We capped a great day in Milan with an unforgettable dining experience at Viva Viviana Varese. We went with a tasters menu for the table with white truffles. All courses were presented impeccably and the staff was very attentive to our needs by taking our shopping bags and charging my wife’s cel phone while we are. The Michelin Star is well deserved.

This was one of my top 3 restaurants experiences ever, and have been traveling in business for 30 years !! One advice is to tell that the Tartufo sliced cost extra, not clear on the menu and it was 140 EUR for 2 pax.

This restaurant is x really a great find. They have their Michelin star this year for a good reason. Excellent welcoming staff. Matching course was great in all aspects from wine selection to very minute detail of food presentation. Unusual eclectic food source combination results in exciting , in times hidden behind the colorful shell, message to your palate - message of art, tradition and culinary masterpiece. We will be back to Italy and definitely back to Viva Viviana Varese

I have visited this restaurant several times over the years, and I have never been disappointed. Whenever I have something to celebrate, a special guest that I'd like to impress, or I simply want to enjoy top food in a fancy yet relaxed environment this is my firstchoice. The staff is extremely attentive but (unlike is sometimes the case in restaurants of this level) not fussy or obtrusive. This time I asked a few days in advance for a specific table with a view, and sure enough, I got it. The young sommelier (I remember her from a previous visit a year ago) extremely competent. Highly recommended.

This restaurant has Michelin recognition and for good reason. We enjoyed our tour of the Eataly and were excited by the central location of this restaurant. The service was outstanding beyond words. The presentation of food was exquisite and gorgeous. The linguine clams dish was perfect Italy! Portions were on the small side but with the 5 course “free” appetizer tasting we were very satisfied. This is an elegant and delicious meal!

Many really nice details and some extraordinary waiters, very average wine pairing and size of dishes too big and taste in total too heavy. Room was too hot / air conditioning not sufficient.
