The ambiance is fantastic. The food was good but a little pricier than I hoped. The staff was good. They need to get rid of the robot out front. It is not needed and cheapens the place.

The staff were extremely friendly and professional (Nasir) which made our experience welcoming. If you don't mind animals there is also a visiting cuddly housecat who loves strokes but not intrusive if you don't appreciate. The food was good and the price reasonable.

We went with a group,of friends and they were so impressed with the food and service we received. It is a fabulous spot too so it was the perfect place to spend an evening in Siena. We will be back!

Very inexperienced waitstaff. Food was good but overall experience terrible. Should have left when we realized the waitstaff was clueless and the experience was going to be a disaster.

A corner of paradise hidden among the alleys of Siena. A secret garden with a breathtaking view. A varied menu, delicious, beautifully presented food, and a wide selection of wines. Very friendly staff and a comfortable atmosphere. I highly recommend it, even for an aperitivo.

A hidden diamont in a very silent street where you do not expect to find such a lovely place. Once you enter the restaurant and walk to the back, an amazing view with such lovely tables. Also the background music was perfect. And a huge compliment to the service. Many thanks to the team !

There is a delightful outdoor area with nice view. Food was excellent. Service better the second night. We gave our order the first night to 3 different people. For us who dine earlier, their being open throughout the day was a big plus.

The setting and view were beautiful! The restaurant had about 10 tables seated throughout the time we were there, with at least 5 servers covering. While the wait staff were pleasant, they seemed disorganized, brought food to the wrong tables, and corrected each other in front of guests. This was all fine, but our food was incredibly disappointing. Very overcooked duck and steak, both clearly cooked directly from frozen. Sad frozen spinach served as an a-la-carte side (extra disappointing because fresh spinach was in season). Mashed potatoes were overpowered with fake tasting truffle oil. The best thing we had was the tartare, you could taste the really good olive oil they used. However, the oil brought to the table with the bread was cheap basil infused oil from a tourist shop. I'm from the USA and haven't had a meal as bad as this in years. I'm sad because I ate here about 9 years ago and had some of the best pasta of my life. Now they don't care anymore, I wouldn't go back.

Very nice people but uneven service. Committed the cardinal sin of overcooking the Florentine steak. No excuse for that.

A restaurant with a spectacular outdoor. The food was delicious, perhaps a little lacking. The service was veeeery slow even though there were only a few tables occupied.
