My recent lunch at Vivaldi in Sabaudia was a delightful experience with a touch of unexpected charm. The food was exceptional, featuring a delicious array of Italian dishes prepared with fresh ingredients and a creative twist. Each dish was a treat! While the service was slower than usual due to unforeseen circumstances, the staff's professionalism and kindness shone through. They offered sincere apologies multiple times and turned the situation around by offering complimentary Prosecco to guests. This bubbly gesture was the perfect way to lighten the mood and showcased their commitment to customer satisfaction. Despite the delay, Vivaldi’s delectable food and thoughtful service make it a must-visit in Sabaudia. I left with both my appetite and spirit fully satisfied.

Very nice welcome, excellent cameriere with English knowledge. Fantastic food, well composed dishes with just the right amount of surprises. Next time in Sabaudia we will revisit!

Excellent service and nice food . Courtesy and attention. Nice wine selected by the waiter. Not very wide selection of wines. We recommend this restaurant
