Excellent service and food. There is a variety of appetizers and dishes to share, as well as main entrees. I love the canalones and the magrit de canard, also the steak, but everything is good and we’ll prepared. Prices are reasonable for the type of restaurant and quality of the food. We have been there numerous times over the past 10 years for dinner but they also have a menu del dia at lunch time. They carry a small but nice selection of local wines by the bottle and wines by the glass are usually around 3.9 euros. The ambiance is very nice with soft lighting and pleasant and interesting background music, it so not loud so even when the place is full it is easy to carry on a conversation. We always enjoy eating here.

We have been going to Vivant for years and always enjoy the food and service. The duck breast is my favorite dish, but everything is really good, I also like the canelones, the filet, and the grilled vegetables. The tapas are also good. The space is nice and cozy with light background music, a great place for a date or to meet friends and have a conversation. Service is very good and they speak severa languages.

The service was very poor. We asked 4 times for mayonnaise and each time they said they would bring it but didn’t. Eventually one of the waitresses brought it over and looked annoyed with us as if we were bothering her with our request. It was not at all how you would expect to be treated in a restaurant. Room to improve in this area. Otherwise the food is quite good

The food was absolutely top notch. Best meal I’ve had since arriving in Spain. True to local culture, but elevated just a touch. I wish I had three stomachs so that I could have tried everything! The staff was friendly and prompt. Highly recommend.

We had a wonderful experience dining at Vivant! The quality of the food was excellent and the dishes innovative. The waiters were exceptional and the price was surprisingly quite decent all things considered. Certainly, Vivant is highly recommended!

Vivant was the best restaurant we've eaten at while vacationing in Barcelona. The dishes were all delicious and unique, the flavors bold yet delicate. The restaurant owner was very friendly and the staff gave outstanding service.

As good, if of not better, than in previous visits. We come here several times a year and we are glad to report that unlike many other restaurants in Barcelona, and every place else, the quality of the food and the price/value is outstanding. The service is always good as the owner is always there and makes sure you are welcomed snd well taking care of. Looking forward to our next visit in a couple of weeks.

Nice but small restaurant. Orginal menu, good quality food. The house wine do not match the quality of the food but are very reasonably priced. Excellent restaurant with excellent service and creative menu.

Beautiful place, interesting menu, but don’t take Sangria or Tinto verano, there they are the worst ever. Food is average, nothing impressive. The waiter was not really interested in serving us. Overall I wouldn’t return.

The food is truly excellent. Good portions, well seasoned and one of the best I’d eaten in Barcelona. Very good value too, not London or Paris prices. Recommended.

Excellent food and service at reasonable prices. We have been coming here for several years and it never disappoints. The food is fresh and high quality, well prepared and nicely presented, the wine list is short but interesting and well priced, and the service is very good. The ambiance very pleasant perfect for a romantic evening, a business dinner, or a fun night with friends, the background music is very cool and at a perfect volume to be heard but still carry on a conversation. The prices are very reasonable, below what one would expect to pay for this type of food in a restaurant as pleasant and civilized as this.
