8.5/10It was a repeat visit, we usually go for our last night in Sitges. The menu is good and has a lot to offer and the quality is good. Sometimes there seems to be a rush in taking the order and there is no confirmation before the server dashes off and things are missed as a result The waiting staff are always pleasant and helpful

7/10Far too many people given the sanitary conditions, no ventilation and no proper social distancing.. While we had to book, the waiters accepted some more people without a booking at the last minute. We ended-up having a party of two squeezed between our table and another one! .

8/10We typically enjoy Vivero - we’ve dined here on a number of occasions. However, this time we did not enjoy our visit. The waiter misunderstood our order and made a seafood paella when we asked for vegetable. I repeated it several times in English and Spanish when ordering, and several members of our party heard the conversation. When we told him the seafood paella was incorrect, the staff was visibly upset that we would send it back, and subsequently came to explain that it wasn’t what we told them. Of course I indicated that was incorrect, but they refused to acknowledge the miscommunication. Instead they choose to return to the table again to explain that if we really wanted a new one it would take 20 minutes more. Ultimately our other guests finished their meals before ours arrived. In the end they got it right, and at least one of the wait staff was very nice, but it was not a great experience. In addition, they didn’t bring the bread we ordered, nor did they ask if we wanted more wine. I will say that the food was delicious however.

6/10Wonderfull paella. Great atmosphere. Sloppy service. I ordered a additional glass of wine twice. And I am still waiting. Tip: If you make a reservation, call the place to make sure you have a table at the waterfront and not the one table behind the glass wall.

9/10The food is good, though It might not be the best seafood restaurant in sitges, the beautiful trendy decor setting and the stunning sea view and view of sitges certainly made up for it. Perfect for special occasions

5/102/3 main courses arrived cold and not cooked Waiter advised that there were no veg with dishes so we ordered sides of potato and veg. Then the meal arrived with both. Clearly encourGed to over order. Even worse as 1 plate of veg was 14 euros! My advice. Go for a drink for the view but don’t eat

3/10Very disappointed for such a beautiful place. The waitress was lovely but two of our meals were cold and when we sent them back, they just replated them and brought them back out still cold. It was two steaks, costing £30 each and the waitress said that is the way we serve our food! I have never had cold steak. Also one of our party is vegetarian and ordered a mushroom dish but it had meat in it. The maitre de didn’t bother to come over or apologise either just left it to the waitress. Such a shame.

10/10Best location in Sitges. Excellent food and friendly efficient service. Not cheap but well worth treating yourself. The wine list is also very good and not overpriced
