Friendly ambiance in this neighborhood wine bar. Excellent food & warm, attentive service. Family friendly as there were two couples with babies - service staff very accommodating to them. I'll be back.

I myself enjoyed the food to a certain degree but what I did not like was the fact that this place is suggested as gluten free friendly. We chose this restaurant on the basis that it was suggested as gluten free friendly on trip advisor but my partner did not have much of a choice. The fact they did not even have gluten free bread was a major let down and this is also looking past the servers impatience in regards to this. We are very understanding that cross contamination can occur quite easily but I would suggest at least try to make an effort to adhere to being gluten free friendly

The food was so tasty, imaginative and fabously presented. There was no problem catering for a Coeliac diet. The staff were friendly and helpful. The wine selection was amazing. Highly recommend W -wine food and friends.

Booked a table in what seemed an empty restaurant. The table given was in the doorway - not ideal. When asked if we could sit at another table, they were all booked and each table has been specifically requested 😂 OMG! Tried moving the table away from the door but couldn’t get enough space. So rather than be in the way of each and everyone entering and the host not permitting another table, we left. Spent €129 somewhere else. Quite odd. Looked nice, but had a lovely meal 20mins away.

These guys are great! Well prepared food, had a perfectly cooked rib eye steak, some tapas, along with a good selection of wines by the glass. I come here a few times per year when I am in town and the staff recognizes me as if I was there every week.

We holiday in this area every year and eat in the W a few times each holiday. Reasons? ... food is tasty and unusual and value for money. We like trying different wines and can rely on helpful advice. We like the atmosphere. Nice to have choice of indoors or outdoors, weather dependant.
