4.5/10Wagamama is known for good food and efficient service. However, this particular restaurant at this particular evening was a terrible experience. Appetizers arrived after meal was over. Some dishes never arrived at all. Too many tables and too few servers. No management on site. Kitchen prioritizing delivery over people sitting on the restaurant. From my table - while waiting for dishes that never arrived - I could see the delivery desk dispatching order after order to scooters coming in to take deliveries.

4.5/10Was a bit disappointed with the service today, (we've been in the same place a few times), the appetizer came after the main dish, and mind you, I had to ask for them!! (they had forgotten to serve them), and the lady asked if we would have some dessert, told her yes, but when she came and asked me what would I like, told her, choc. cake and coffee, but since I was with my husband, she didn't bother to ask him if he would like to have as well. Coffee came first, without the cake, and asked the lady (another one) about my cake, and she asked if we ordered, of course we did, and we would like another cup of coffee as well, she brought back the coffee, and we waited, and waited and waited and after 10 min., we decided to leave! And in the cashier, the guy had to cancel our order, cake and coffee (they were already incl. in our tab)!! It wasn't a-good-bday-lunch!!

7/10Strategic location to grab fusion asian food in the city center of Milan. Unfortunately the quality of the food is not as good anymore. Not satisfied with my pad thai and chicken katsu curry rice. The buns are worth the try.

6/10Wagmama is our favorite place in Dubai and we are in love with the menue. However very disappointing in Milan, that No meat with noodles were available nor salmon and the only option of chicken was beyond Wagamama taste. The appetizer came after the food… The lady who served us was very friendly.

8/10Food was very nice the customer service is below average. No smiles and forgetting orders. We order a desert waited 20 mins or more and then I asked the waitress where it was then 5 mins later she said they didn’t have what we order. My friend asked for a smooth and they didn’t even order it. My friend order a cheese cake and a 1/3 of it was missing ( like it fell off or someone ate it off the end). No one seems to know what they are doing or they have too much to do they can’t remember to do all. Sad as the food is good when they have it!

6/10I was disappointed this time at Wagamamas. They didn’t have things we liked, you couldn’t change anything like salad for vegetables or noddles for rice. We ate downstairs and the waiters seemed over run, One waiter seemed new and didn’t know much, one waiter seemed miserable and kept forgetting our drinks but one was very happy pleasant but When we finished he seemed like he offered us a lemoncello but he charged us for it which was 5€ each! If he said would you like anything else? We have lemoncello!” We would of said no! But it was the way he said it like it was on the house!

9/10The people who served us were polite, service was quick but the main meal arrived before the starters so when we finished our main meal, the starters were cold. They have changed the menu which was a little disappointing but we found something to eat. We all got a sweet afterwards which were very nice. My lemon cheese cake was very small for the price. I loved that they were not trying to get us out of the restaurant as soon as we finished.

4/10Unfortunately the organisation of this restaurant is really bad. The waiters aren’t necessarily to blame and I get the feeling they are exhausted by it too. Almost every time I’ve come, there are dishes unavailable and the food is very slow. We waited over 40 minutes for food and when it arrived it was cold. I think management needs to take a look at what isn’t working because something clearly isn’t..

3/10We love Wagamama - and have eaten at this chain for years. This however was awful. The service was not organised, the food was simply terrible. Whilst the “names” are the same of the dishes, the taste, texture and ingredients are no comparison. Very very disappointing and a big concern for this chain as they look to expand. What makes it special was totally missing. Would never recommend this place in Milan

10/10Food is amazing, service is nice, only thing is the restaurant gets quite busy and therefore plates take a while to arrive. Not a place to go if you are in a hurry, but amazing if you are strolling around Milan!

2/10Arrived at correct time for our reservation. We had to wait over 10 minutes to be seated.. and we were seated at one of the worst tables in the restaurant.. once seated we were only then advised that many items on the menu were not a available. So we decided to leave! Not a great experience…

10/10Food was amazing. We ordered the Bang bang cauli, yaki soba and ramen. I was impressed with the way they checked every ingredient in the dish because my husband is allergic to certain things. Overall 10/10 and highly recommended!

9.5/10The food is good, I mean really good, we really liked it, the staff work efficiently, and very quickly, hope they get paid well, my only concern is the music, it's a bit loud for a small place, will definitely come back in wagamama again, and won't hesitate to refer it to our friends

2.5/10Nothing we asked for arrived on time and without chasing, we then had to ask for things to be taken from the bill as they had not forgotten to add to the bill but simply forgotten to bring them, all easily solved but they are just poor at service.

3/10Waiters were really nice, but confused, manager (young lady of 19) was defending a position that order of the food is irrelevant in their restaurant. Even if true, pointless and if customer prefer to get first dish first and then main meal, it shouldn’t be an issue. Main meal was half cold, with almost no meat, plenty of onions…. In general very poor quality.

4/10It used to be one of my favourite restaurants. But they served cold food this time which was supposed to be warm. Katsu curry has lost it's quality. And the service was super slow due to limited staff.

7/10Good atmosphere I didn’t like the fact there was no forks or spoons, only chopsticks, they provided only forks when we requested. They don’t stick to the expected order in serving the dishes, my main course arrived before the starters, actually arrived after I finished my main course. Reasonable portions Good experience

7.5/10delicious food as always ,place has been renovated and i love its new raw look , staff super helpful ... but i dis not like the uncomfortable seating no back support and nothing to hang my bag on ... but fir the food i go again and again .. try fire cracker -- my fav on their menu super hot ????
