I was disappointed with the Wagyu Beef. Firstly very fatty, and as a Chef myself, it was cooked at a heat too low, meaning the fat didn't melt... which is what makes it tasty. Secondly, the meat was drenched in a sweet sauce... essentially drowning the essence and flavours of the meat. I came to taste the Wagyu, not the sauce! Overall very disappointed, and as a result totally overpriced, from a price-value perspective. Another point... in a restaurant of a certain class and standard... when ordering a glass of wine, it should be served in front of you from the bottle you ordered. In our case, we were served wtih two glassses of wine previously poured. They need to work on basic etiquet and serving standards.

Wonderful restaurant, while a bit on the pricier side, the food was to die for, and the view of the lake was a nice accompagnement to the already memorable food. I highly recommend the unagi sashimi and generally any eel they serve because it is out of this world, makes me drool just thinking about it. Go, you won't regret it! (though your wallet might)

nice food friendly service, but restaurant needs urgent renovation. To start the door at the entry needs urgent repainting. As a whole you can see that the place has become in years. Food and service however are up to standard.

The food was delicious. Service was fine. No complaints. Ambiance could’ve been better. May need a renovation with floor to ceiling windows that open up to enjoy the view over the water. It would kick it up alot!

High-quality Japanese food authentically served with a nice view across Lutry harbor. Apart from nice nigiri sushi we also tried maki rolls with asparagus which come with an unexpected delicious little twist. Friendly service, high prices.

Visiting from Los Angeles, California and wanted to give Switzerland sushi a try😂 To my surprise we found this place and it was 10/10. The yellowtail in ponzu sauce dish is a must try. Good quality fish, 0% fishy smell/taste. You will like it here. I also got $24 off the bill from my Fork discount. Would 10/10 come again

We had hot pot with beef and seafood. Sliced beef arrived frozen on a plate and the few pieces of seafood looked not very appetizing! We found it expensive for it is.

Very welcoming and friendly stuff, accommodating the guest wishes in the best possible way. Lovely choices of food and drinks, everything we tried was so tasty. And the beautiful view on top. Highly recommended.

It was great food but they did not honor The Forks discount. They claimed it was for another day and was for another day when I booked. That was not true. This is not the first time this has happened . The food and ambiance were great and would recommend. Just do not count on the discount.
Wagyu - Port LutryI'm very sorry that you don't know the procedure of online locating. I can tell you that there is no discount on Friday night and Saturday night. You came on Saturday night, and we also showed you that you really don't have a discount. We also told you that if you want a discount, please come on Sunday. Another thing is that we only have a 20% discount instead of 30%

Amazing Japanese restaurant in a very authentic setting. The Sushi and Wagyu were amazing, high quality ingredients. Very friendly and attentive service. Thank you we will definitely be back soon!

Simple but beautiful decoration. View of the lake. The staff were very attentive, and helpful. The food was absolutely amazing and delicious. Freshly made sushi, fresh ingredients. We will return that’s for sure.

The inside of the restaurant is very welcoming and nicely decorated. The service was very nice and fast. And last but not least, the food was amazing, so far the best sushi we had in Switzerland!

Celebrated my birthday with family and had a great table by the window overlooking the marina and mountains. Servers were prompt and friendly. Food was delicious!

We have a table in the verandah with fantastic view of Port Lutry. The food is great and value for money. If you are the fans of black sesame ice-cream, you must order it as your dessert!

wonderful food an damazing patience of the waiters as I moved to a better lake view in hte middle of hte meal. Nothing was too much. Fabulous quality. As htey say in French, impeccable. Merci à tous
