We had dinner at Wasabi yesterday evening and were very impressed. The atmosphere is well cared for and reminiscent of the small inns you find in Japan, with a charming open kitchen overlooking the dining room. The sushi is of excellent quality with a creative fusion twist — we particularly enjoyed the Hokkaido Maki and Suzuki Ten. The sake selection was also good and paired nicely with the meal. Service was attentive and professional. The only downsides were the noise level and the tables being quite close to each other, but overall it was a delightful experience that we would gladly repeat.

My favorite Japanese restaurant in Rome so far. Great menu and everything we ordered (hosomaki, onigiri, tempura, ramen, gyoza and the ginger cheesecake) was excellent. Specialty rolls are quite expensive, but a discount from the Fork helps with that! The space is cozy and tastefully decorated, and the staff very professional.
