7.5/10Food and price are good. The menus is an issue. Is a QR code and there is no internet in the place. As a consequence you must share a IPad from the waiter to see the menu. On top of this they invent The dishes names so you might st go to another level to find out what are Chotis for instance. Being two people we need almost 20 minute to see menu and made our choices. To much complicated without a clar reason. It’s fine to innovate but would be great T have a normal tangible menu just in case the digital approach does not work.

10/10Everything we tried was amazing! Our server helped us with suggestions and we were impressed. There was not anyone bilingual but that did not take away from us understanding recommendations and the ordering system.

2/10We left without eating. To get into the restaurant was an experience in itself. Scan your QR code or input your e mail address into a computer box to open the door. Once seated a waitress came over to ask us for our e mail addresses as the menus would be e mailed to us- no physical menus (because of covid apparently- when will spanish restaurants learn this is ridiculous and such a cheap measure???) then once we got the menus the user friendliness was atrocious- actually seeing the options to eat was like c+ programming. We were then told they charged for wine by weight. I watched dying with laughter as the table next to us had some scaled placed on their table and a half drunk bottle of wine appeared to be weighed to the gramme. They would weight it again when you left and would charge you by weight. Worst experience I can think of. So we used our mobiles- I hate using my mobile at dinner- but on this occasion it was useful to book a real restaurant round the corner and we left.

9.5/10The food is amazing and delicious. We had a great experience and definitely will come back again! The only thing is that there's only one person that can order food and you have to do everything on your phone but other than that, the service was great and very fast. Loved it!

8/10The food at WelkhomeClub is truly excellent! Each dish is thoughtfully prepared, showcasing originality and bold flavors. I particularly appreciated the fusion of influences from various cuisines, which added a unique twist to the dining experience. However, the reliance on technology detracted from the overall enjoyment. At WelkhomeClub, not only do you need to browse the menu on your phone, but you also have to place your order through it. This setup shifts focus away from meaningful conversations, as guests are often preoccupied with their devices. If this trend continues, one might wonder if diners will eventually be tasked with fetching their own food or even cooking it themselves. While the decor is modern, the large flashy screens displaying videos of Michael Jackson, Prince, Laurel and Hardy felt overwhelming and distracting. Watching Michael Jackson dance to Queen’s music created a sensory overload that made it hard to concentrate on the company at the table.

10/10We really liked the concept. Great that you only pay for the wine you drink, of the bottle. Nice that you can order online and decide during the dinner what you would like to have for the next dish. The staff are helpful and serviceminded

2/10I reserved through The Fork, which offered a 50% discount for our booking time (10:00pm), which was the reason why I chose this slot. However, the restaurant did not receive notice of this discount and when I checked the reservation in the app the discount didn’t show anymore. I feel like there was some fake marketing ploy going on, which was very disappointing.

4.5/10The food at Welkhome club was strange and not to our liking. Every dish was sweet, when it shouldn’t have been. We were required to place orders on line. The service was quick after that, but we disliked the food. The ambiance was fine. The restaurant was full with people apparently enjoying the food. It looked nice and had good reviews so we took a chance. Unfortunately it didn’t go well.

Interesting concept and very good service, all the waiters very professional and attentive, despite the fact that most interaction is done through the phone. Without the discount I think it would be very expensive, and if you are two people it is not easy to try everything because there is a minimum order of 4pcs on many items. If there were more tasting plates with different items this would be a big plus! Overall it was a good experience, I would go again especially if the menu changes!

9.5/10Very nice staff and good food. Interesting concept, however requiring ordering only from a mobile device, which is somehow less enjoyable. Recommended for people who are spending, anyway, most of their time on touch screens.

9/10This restaurant had the most beautiful decorations and ambience out of any restaurant we have been to across our two week Euro trip involving Portugal and Spain. The owner served us personally with expert service, attentiveness and smile. The technology/app and accessing the restaurant was also very well done and made Eating their a pleasure. The nachos dish that we had did not agree with my stomach because of the sauce/mayonnaise that was on it, but outside of that everything was absolutely spectacular and we would definitely go back to support this amazing place. I cannot recommend it enough and would not have found it were it not for the fork.
