Very good food and varied choices, with friendly staff! We had a nice relaxed evening, we will be back! A nice atmosphere for an evening with family and/or friends.

The food was good but the service was quite lacking. It is true that it was a Friday evening, so quite busy. On the other hand it is not a restaurant with tousend tables. From 18.45 that we sat, we were brought the menu only one hour later; drinks arrived immediately of course, so you can order more before food is served! Our dishes were brought after almost another hour after ordering. I had requested a well done hamburger, which arrived medium done, so not my taste. We were not satisfied at all about the service. And the music was quite loud for a small hall. Pity, because the food, after all, was of good quality but I am not sure I will want to repeat this experience.

This was our second time at West for dinner. The first time was an amazing experience on all levels, but sadly, this date night was really disappointing. Service was incredibly slow, with us waiting an hour for the starter to arrive (which was soup)... It was a nice atmosphere though, the staff were friendly and the menu has creative dishes... still it would be good to see more vegetarian options on the menu - there was only one vegetarian starter and one main meal.

The appetizers were ok, the main courses were really good and well priced. I cannot recommend the steak enough! The desserts were also really tasty. They have a wide variety of beers on the tap. I would go here again.
