8/10The food is often great however we found the fish Tikka to be lacking flavour this time around. While we enjoyed the cocktails, we also felt that they could have been a bit better balanced.

10/10First night in Rotterdam, we had booked a table at this restaurant, we were welcomed into the restaurant and the service was excellent. The ambience was amazing and the quality food service was brilliant. Highly recommended. Will be going back before we leave.

9/10Tried already twice the “Take out” which was good, but the the food served in the restaurant is quite a level up again. Delicately flavored and as authentic Indian, as the food I had over the years in the Taj and Oberoi hotels in India itself. Service was attentive and good…We will be back for sure! However I have one remark about the furniture, (so not the food) : the benches and seats are not very comfortable, because there is so much space behind your back that leaning back to support your own back is not possible. Maybe for very tall people and long legs it is ok. There should be cushions or something. for more support. The noise level was also a bit too high when there are loud people…later on it was better. 10/10The staff was so nice! My family tried indian food for the first time and they really loved it. The ambiance was nice and cozy and the staff very friendly and they even surprised me with a sparkly dessert for my birthday! They made my 30th birthday incredible, thanks everyone :)

10/10Excellent Indian Food. I loved the chicken kadhai. Thick gravy and tasty. I mixed with jeera rice and raita. I could feel the ingredients in your mouth. Service staff was very kind and attentive. They welcomed me with a card on my table. Nice detail. I would come back anytime

10/10It was my second time at the restaurant and the first one for my girlfriend. Both of us were extremely satisfied with the food - which was as delicious as I remembered - and also the staff and decoration. You can not go wrong with anything, but surely the butter chicken and garlic naan is a must!

5.5/101. I found the lollipop was not at its standard and quality. The recipe for making the lollipop is different and not just the drumsticks coated with masala and aluminium foiled around the bone. 2. Also, it seems there is an expectation from the customers to fill the boxes by themselves if they wish to take the leftover home, I found it more surprising than other restaurants in the city. 3. The food also took VERY long time to serve. The staff managed to squeeze one table and two chairs in the passage which was supposed to be empty for customers to pass by/walk.

10/10Have eaten there several times and the food has been consistently excellent! Owner is always upbeat and happy to recommend dishes based on your personal preferences. I normally let him choose which starters and main courses to eat (so we get to know the diversity of their kitchen). We have never been disappointed.

9.5/10Delicious Indian food with use of fresh spices. I would recommend the boneless chicken tandoori for starters. Friendly owner and staff! Only the mango lassi was a bit disappointing but overall very good..

10/10The service food showed us that there is also excellent Indian cuisine in Europe. The chef's advice was very good and is really recommended. We will celebrate our next wedding anniversary there again. Thank you for the great amthpshere

10/10It was delicious and the waiter was extraordinary friendly and caring - he recommended alternative dishes to our (non-experienced) orders so that we would have a really nice dinner, which we had. Btw: We love spicy food, and here spicy is really spicy, and extra spicy - oh la la???? But Lassi helps.

8/10A high class Indian restaurant. We made a reservation and were met with a personalized card on the table with the name of our company. The time taken to make the card values the customer before even having visited the restaurant. Not the traditional interior of an Indian restaurant. The Ceiling like a chandelier and cold coloured sitting areas with highbacked seats which give you and your company privacy while dining. The starters were of a portions size we never experienced in any other Indian restaurants. The chicken tikka masala had taste we were not used to. Tasteful and medium spicy. We took to hart the advise not to other to much rice and naan. This to avoid the waste off food. Taken our time to enjoy the taste as intended by the chef and not to reheat it at home full whack. The comment of the younger generation about the composition of the breath refreshment presented after the visit takes the restaurant to this generation. The award given to What's up India well deserved.

10/10We booked What's up India on the occasion of my daughter. B'day. It was really good experience. Excellent food with good quantity. We all loved the food. This is place where we could find real taste of India . I shall recommend to my friends too. If anyone wants to go for typical indian taste food then this is best restaurant.

6/10This place is overrated to me. We paid 75€ for two and the dishes were not as tasty as you can expect given the grades and reviews. There are better Indian restaurants in Rotterdam

We are sorry that our food did not match your taste , I checked your order and personally speaking you ordered the best dishes, Butter Chicken , Hydrabadi , Broccoli, Chaat these are all our front runners and yesterday maybe you will not believe it we had 47 dishes of Butter Chicken served, It could be and it was my personal experience while I was in Paris that all the dishes were more on sweet side no matter what they were , Our dishes are more on Authentic recipes and we don't as they say Europeanize it. Could be possible that was maybe your taste expectation considering you are from France. Ref 75.00 Euro Bill (Drinks+Starter+2MainCourse Dishes with a Special Side Dish + Side Dishes) with beautiful luxury ambiance and outstanding atmosphere with super service + Central Location in Rotterdam+with a premium window sitting + Fresh food. , I think it is more than worth the price. 10/10• paneer chili dry : I love the texture of the cottage cheese. We order the spicy version but actually not that spicy. • chicken tikka masala Favorite dish among all these, cause it has tomato paste added, which brings sweet and sour flavor to it. The chicken is fried and rather dry than juicy, which I like. • lamb madras Madras tastes a little bit like the Japanese curry. Contains a lot of ginger, pepper and garlic, the lamb is deeply cooked so it’s really tender, not difficult to chew at all. • Cheese naan is also good, not strong cheese flavor though • rice • Mango lassi was a bit too sweet, but still not bad. • masala chai tastes special, but not my cup of tea. Service was pretty good. The dishes that owner recommended were good. The restaurant is quite full so it takes a while to get the food prepared, but waiting time is acceptable.

10/10This was our first time here. But defenitely not our last. The food was really good, great spices. And also the owner, is really friendly. If you're in Rotterdam and love good (Indian) food, go here!
