9/10Service quite inattentive from beginning to end of meal. My date was seated at a different table despite referencing my reservation, then we were forgotten for half an hour before being offered menus or drinks. At the end of the meal I had to ask for the bill by chasing down a server. The food and drink here are excellent. It was not my first visit so I know what this restaurant looks and feels like at its best.

9.5/10Good was great ! Service was excellent except they didn't bring the chair at the table for the lady which is protocole for Michelin star restaurants. Great overall but not excellent because of that detail . I am OCD ...😂

10/10The staff is very attendive and well trained and polite. The service is impecable to the smallest details. I went there with my wife in celebration of my birthday, choosing a traditional menu and it was a very enjoyable experience. Additionally, they surprised us with a small birthday surprise as a desert. All the dishes were perfectly prepared and had a distinctive taste. 10/10 would recommend

2/10Stay away from this restaurant if you wish to be served by professionals who don't mistreat you. So many things went wrong: when you come through the door a foul smell makes you want to leave immediately (rancid, rotten egg smell). Staff is not there to serve but to make you feel inferior. They forced us to take a menu with cod and most dishes were tasteless, especially the cod. The white wine we chose came warm and we had to wait for it be decently cold. The chocolates + coffee that were supposed to be included in the menu weren't served pretexting that some people left earlier than others. We chose the terrace since pictures showed a nice setting, we ended up with so many insects biting us and staff obviously not doing anything to move us inside or find a solution. I conveyed my discontent to the manager with barely an apology and pictures of the group so please beware as you are filmed and how you eat is scrutinized. Still shocked with the experience in a supposedly well rated place

8.5/10+1Beautiful atmosphere. Attentive staff. Delicious food. Inattention to some details: bringing the correct wine (apologies were in order and they were received); cleaning the table bread crumbs with hand instead of a brush and tray; using same glasses type for both cava and red wine. Overall good food, however I’ve been to better Michelin guide restaurants where more attention was given to such details.

10/10High level VIP dinner with customers in a private room during MWC. Everyone was so impressed - the food, the service, ambience, wine list. Everything executed with impeccable attention to detail and discretion. An experience to remember.

6.5/10Very disappointed with my black angus’s taste and I can’t stop drinking the water. Actually i was satisfied with my espresso, it lets me imagine I was in Italy 👏. Bravo! It could be reasonable that the restaurant didn’t get the stars from Michelin guide.

10/10Once again we had a wonderful evening and excellent food. The Wine Sommelier found a very nice variation of wine to all the 7 dishes. The atmosphere in the restaurant is warm and friendly. We just love this restaurant.

7.5/10Warm welcome and very satisfying atmosphere. Polite staff, but sadly they failed at several key points during my dinner. For instance, at a Michelin restaurant I don’t expect to sit 10 minutes after getting my main course before getting my glass of wine.

9.5/10We tried the chef's tasting menu at Windsor in a warm and cozy environment. The food is tasty and well presented. Somehow we liked our starting dishes more than the rest, the truffle and artichoke salad and the sea urchin soup were simply amazing. The chairs are uncomfortable unfortunately, so blood circulation to my feet stopped at some point and maybe that's why my pleasure with the starting dishes were higher than main and desert. This needs to be addressed, because the rest is great. The location is fantastic, we walked to the restaurant and back for a memorable night.

9/10Very nice atrium that keeps cool even at high temperatures. Food was really nice and with great taste. The monk fish was fantastic. The pigeon was quite unevenly cooked though and one of us got a rare and the other medium well. As the meat is game, medium is probably safer. Having a tasting menu we felt rushed at times as service was very quick. Our waitress till her time to explain the dishes in a very nice manner. All in all a great experience.

10/10+2The food was delicious and excellent quality, and even the minor issue with the main course was corrected quickly and effectively. The service was attentive and only once did I have to top my water up. Overall I think this is very good value for money and would come back when I return to Barcelona. Thanks to the chef and team.

10/10I’m pleased to have chosen this restaurant to celebrate our anniversary. We enjoyed an intimate atmosphere with beautiful scenery and light music. The wait staff was respectful and knowledgeable about the menu. The food and wine was delicious, well plated and paired. We will visit the Windsor again

8/10We loved the artichoke carpaccio and the lobster and carrot cannelloni. The tuna appetizer was also tasty. The enclosed terrace is quite pretty, but we sat in the space attached to it, which felt like an enclosed hallway. Service was good but quite practical and not really friendly or overly helpful. It was a nice experience overall.

8/10The restaurant is very cozy and offers a good selection of food and wines. Not super special but correct. In comparison to equal restaurants quite expensive. And not very friendly is that they offer a piece of bread that is on the bill for 3,95 a piece. A bottle of water of 6,20 euro and a coffee for 5 euro is far above the normal level in Barcelona. Nice but not special so we will not go back. Better go to Gresca or Santa Gula instead.
