8/10Lovely food as always but terrible slow service - been going here for years and 1st time service was so bad (we had to ask for our second service of the steak as it just didn’t seem to appear) also bill did not arrive after requesting it so we had to go to the waitress and ask her again. Pity …

7.5/10We ordered the entrecôte which whilst it was delicious the first portion was not exactly hot, the second serving was perfect which made it more delicious. However the service was not exactly up to their usual standard, we had to wait 35 minutes for dessert as they forgot, the only reason it arrived was because we chased twice… & no apology just a simple ‘yes yes’

5/10They do not offer karaffe of water. Only few options from the menu apply to the Fork offer, which means you have little choice of food if your want the discounts. Disappointing. This should be more visible before you arrive there.

9/10Steak was AMAZING but there’s not much more to it. If you like steak and fries you will love this place. Just be aware that they bring it out in two stages but it is the same meal.

9.5/10The food is amazing!!! The staff very sweet and professional. Acoustically not great- quite loud. Only thing that bothered me a bit was, I found it a bit sexist and low class that the waitresses had to wear mini shirts.

6/10- The meat and sauce were excellent, truly a highlight of the meal. - However, there seems to be an inconsistency with the orders; be cautious as one out of two dishes might not match what was requested (as in my case). - The waitstaff could improve their attention to detail; there was no bread served, and they seemed to overlook services like topping up wine glasses or asking if we needed anything else. - Additionally, towards the end of our meal, it felt rushed as the waitstaff cleared everything from the table abruptly, leaving us feeling somewhat obligated to leave.
