9/10We had dinner on Easter Sunday. The restaurant is small and crowded. The ambiance is old world and very cozy. I had the sausage and sauerkraut. My son had the ham and potatoes. Both entrees were very good. The servers were busy as the restaurant was very busy. It took awhile to get our check. Overall we really enjoyed our experience.

9.5/10Great little find. Jam packed but very friendly atmosphere. Service was efficient despite the busy service. Came with friends - jug of Pinot noir went well with our dishes. Knuckles fantastic, snails done well, my friend went for small salad plus veal escalope. Come hungry. Shared table with a tourist couple but friendly and shared laugh comparing size of each others food. Highly recommended.

2/10There was a mouse under the table and they wanted us to change table, they didn’t want to make a discount, unbelievable!!! At our request, they became mad and told us they wanted to call the police, don’t go there for any reason

10/10What a superb restaurant. What I would call a typical French eatery. Found it by chance. Ambience was wonderful and the food equally as good. Staff attentive and very friendly. Will definitely return!

6/10Outside table was noisy with lots of pedestrians passing by. Service was acceptable but the pitcher of pinot noire was bad, which we had to send back. Much better bottle followed. Jambon en croute was unexceptional, decent jambon, awful sorry, pasty, uneatable croute. My friend's biebelaiskaisse was reportedly correct, as was my wife's salad (although drenched in too much vinaigrette). Mirabelle carte for dessert was very good. Sitting inside would be our preference if we were to return.

10/10What a beautiful spot for a quiet place to dine! The food was wonderful and you won’t go home hungry. We very much enjoyed the atmosphere and the service was outstanding. Would recommend to anyone that wants to try a unique menu with local flair.

7.5/10If you want typical Alsatian food this is the place to go. The food was very good. We shared the escargots as appetizer which was excellent. As main courses we had the veal with mushroom sauce and a typical which typical dish of choucroute with grilled cervelats and both were delicious. There’s a nice selection of local wines as well as wines from other regions, all well priced.

10/10The place is quiet, intimate and easy. Like all restaurants at the present, they suffer from lack of staff but their smiles make up for it. The food is excellent: tender, tasty beef with peppercorn sauce and heavenly roasted potatoes, choucroute garnie with prime meats. The place fills up at night, a sure sign the restaurant is appreciated for its overall quality. Highly recommended.

8/10Very friendly wait staff. Very good service. Attentive. Reasonable prices. Very good food. Great atmosphere. Mostly Alsacian type food. We shared the bratwurst platter which was a very large plate consisting of 2 links of brat and a mound of sauerkraut and roasted potatoes. More than enough for 2. About 16 Euros. Nice assortment of wines from 4-12 Euros per glass. I had the Cafe Gourmand dessert plate. Came with demitasse of espresso. Small dark chocolate cookie, small creme brulee and small baba au rhum cake. All for only about 7-9 Euros. Friends had 2 scoops of variety of flavored sorbet covered in merengue cookies. Really solid all around. Highly recommend.

9.5/10Very nice small typic restaurant with good local food. But the reservation with Tripadvisor/thefork wasn‘t accepted. Even I showed the waitress the confirmation she refused. She told us that only reservation by phone will be accepted. We had luck to get the last two seats on a table with another couple.

10/10We sat outside in a beautiful evening. Our French was as bad as our waiters English, everything came right, hot and cooked proper. I had an onion tart, pork knuckle my wife the escargot and an onion soup. All at a reasonable price Would go back
