Some of the most thoughtful and though-provoking food we've encountered in Spain. Use of high quality locally sourced products was excellent. Tableware and serving ceramics gave a sublime edge to the dining experience, similar to Japanese aesthetics. Service was attentive with occasional small hiccups. Overall an excellent experience, and one we would definitely recommend.

Service was solid, knowledgeable and quick. The menu was served on interesting recipients. The food itself was uninspired, tasteless and often felt like reheated leftovers (heat distribution of certain dishes denoting or, at least mimicking microwave usage). Portions were small for main dishes (they made sense for the snacks). Considering the pricetag for Valencia we left hungry and unsatisfied.

The 6 course tasting menu was exceptional!!! Loved all the intricacies of each dish! The servers and sommelier were very friendly, attentive and knowledgeable about every dish.

I must say it was a very pleasant visit! Both members of the team where very knowledgeable and spoke perfect English which is a big plus when you are foreigner. About a menu: lots of different flavours and some combination I never had before. The cured salmon and watermelon was a mind blowing! I definitely recommend it !

An interesting and well curated menu, some dishes excelled and surprised. Service was excellent, friendly, and with good info about what we were eating on the tasting menu. There is a slight whiff of drains (on the whole street to be fair) which wasn't noticeable all the time

We have been received nicely by everyone in this restaurant. There was a weird fart smell from the entrance till the hall. You have to walk to get to this little sitting area of 3 tables in the middle of the alcohol bottles holder and a fridge (wine cave) and toilet… There is almost no decoration. Only plain white walls with very few printed art. The waiters were lovely, and speaks both spanish, and english perfectly! The service is great. But the food… it’s good, but not wow! There was no wow at all. Ot was not a Michelin good food you’re expecting. The quantities also! The amount of food of the 4 course meal were so little, so tiny, it was less than gastronomic amounts. Especially the main course, the duck it was ridiculously small to serve even as a starter! And the desert same 2 bites or not even! For 60€/pers it’s not worth it! You pay extra of course for water 4€ each small bottle and 2.5€ for coffee. Anyway, We were not impressed. I hope you read this review and make changes :)

Delightful and very interesting food, impeccable service. Was quite happy that most of the dishes are either local (Valencian) or use some sort of local recipe and/or ingredients. Huge fans of the chef now, always a pleasure to feel the passion someone has for their craft. Unforgettable experience!

This is a modern, innovative fine dining restaurant that is going places. Loved the tasting menu. Such great use of local ingredients paired with great Spanish wines. Also incredible value for what you get. Would happily return again and again.

The food was absolutely amazing. We had the Degusta menu and honestly we have 0 negative comments. Everything was just absolutely amazing. The atmosphere was great, the waiters were incredibly nice and the dishes was just wow. One of my favorite experiences ever. If I ever come back to Valencia I will definitely come back. It was AMAZING!

This was just amazing! Beautiful and outstanding creations from the kitchen combined with excellent and very professional kind service. I think they should deserve a michelin star. When in Spain again i will definatly return to this restaurant.

While the ambiance and service were pleasant, the Sentils menu did not live up to Michelin-level expectations. We have dined at many starred restaurants around the world (including others in Valencia) and unfortunately, we found several courses pretty inedible. My husband called it quits at the rubbery dry aged beef and declined to finish the meal (which almost never happens). For me, my appetite struggled with the blood sausage paste which just had a very unpalatable chalky texture and cloying taste - and with the cod lasagna (have had similar meals elsewhere that were executed much better). The wine recommendation was great, and the first few courses were not bad, but the flavor and cohesion of the meal just was not there. What was supposed to be a delightful birthday dinner ended in disappointment which is not a great experience for a meal of this price.

Restaurant was easy tor find. A nice exterior appearance. The interior minimalist we think not appropriate to what we expect from a “ Michelin “. Table looks like a normal home table. We expected a flour, a candle, something on it….From our point of view it was important to had a short and beautiful presentation of the menu on a special paper! Food was well presented on the plates with a exception: the main course ( a maturated ) pork ) . With a good taste but hard to chew and the blood comes out when you cut. I did a effort to finish my wife portion. The service now. Under expectations. For example: serving over the table, noise when laying the plates, beer put in the glass with so much foam you have to wait in order to drink it,…In my opinion the stuff is not trained enough, and one maybe had not a school of servings in restaurants.

Incredible food experience in Valencia. This definitely one of the best places we visited in Europe. The food was tasty and the staff very friendly, serving us in English. The price is good, so we could experience a top tier restaurant with affordable menus.
