6/10The restaurant decoration and concept ( open kitchen) is really cool and very welcoming. Unfortunately the starters were a disappointment. The shrimps with kimchi were tasteless and the king crab salad was overwhelming with the amount of mayonnaise.

10/10Really great to have an option open for early dinners, since many Madrid restaurants have 8/8:30pm as their first sitting. Food was uncomplicated yet delicious. Traditional dishes have been modernised to provide subtle elegant flavours. Setting is really cool.

9.5/10We live meters away, but have never tried it. We are not from Spain, but we have lived in Madrid for the past two years. We were never sure of the menu because we did not understand the Vasca Cuisine. Today we made the plunge and we were very pleasantly surprised. The food presentation is very appealing, the freshness of the ingredients and the taste is superb. We totally enjoyed it.

9/10This is a good example on how you can do very good things with little means. The ambience is special, the food is fantastic (food from Galicia with a modern twist) and overall, it is a very nice experience. Good job!

8.5/10An excellent restaurant is in the city center, highly recommended. It reminds a long-narrow modern cave and most of the tables are in a row. The Xeito! 19'20" has friendly and helpful staff, and offers great food. The only issue we faced was that the available slot in the restaurant to have lunch was just 1 and 1/2 hours which we weren't aware of before we made the booking.

9/10Ample but curated choices à la carte, quality materials and tasty combinations. Fast and friendly service. On the downside, you will smell like hell’s kitchen, even your coats. So, if you’re travelling, pack something extra.

7.5/10The food sounds interesting on paper, but it’s just mediocre. Good ingredients, but not very good flavors overall. For example, the tomato salad arrived so closed that you couldn’t taste anything at the dish. Similar thing happened to the house salad (potatoes salad) . Also, the chef pushed so much food that we over ordered. Unfortunately I wouldn’t recommend.

5.5/10Interesting and meticulously designed interior. Despite the fact that the kitchen is open and practically located in the same dining area, there are no cooking odors whatsoever. The service is prompt, the waitstaff is friendly, but they don't speak English at all. We opted for the set menu, which included 5 dishes out of about 15 available on the menu. This seemed like a good idea as we wanted to try everything. The prices were also attractive - 45€ for the set menu and an average of 20€ per dish from the menu. The first three (appetizers) didn't look very appealing and tasted quite strange. The leek in a peculiar sauce was not tasty at all. The potato salad with anchovies was very basic and rustic. The mussels and their sauce were a bit unusual. It was delicious, but the sauce was quite heavy, so we had to use bread to mop it up. I must mention that the bread was very tasty. The main course was thinly sliced ham served on top of cold boiled potatoes in their skin. It all looked like a very simple rustic appetizer. The only thing I give 5 stars to is the crème caramel for dessert. A perfect combination of flavor and texture. Once again, I'm convinced that Michelin has lost its credibility, and it's unclear how they give out their recommendations. Rating: 5/10

10/10One of my best restaurant experience. We had the €90 menu that is very creative and copious and excellent value for money. The service is very friendly, caring and unpretentious. We were lucky to be at the table next to the cooking station so it added a lot to the experience. It was like watching a ballet.
