Food was great, and so was our waiter Ruben. We had the special cigala à la plancha, pimiento del padron, pulpo gallego, salad with fried artichoke and 3 very good glasses of wine. Portions were big and price was reasonable. Good friendly and local atmosphere.

The paella was excellent and the tapas! Ordered too much. Authentic Spanish dishes comfortable setting affordable.

We had been struggling to find somewhere that would take a reservation on a Friday night and stumbled upon Xorus by chance. But we were so pleased that we had - the food was great, good wine and the staff were so welcoming and helpful, accommodating an extra person without any complaint (despite it being a very small restaurant). Highly recommended.

Really enjoyed visiting this restaurant so much so that we visited on our second and fourth evening of a 4 night Barca stay. Felt authentic with just good old fashioned great tasting food that was all about substance over style ( not that the food was badly presented at all far from it ). All dishes ordered were excellent with unexpected highlights including roasted carrots in curry mayo ! Great hustle and bustle with very hard working attentive staff. Highly recommended.

The service was exemplary, the team attentive and patient with my questions. Their recommendations were exactly right. I wanted an early supper (never easy in Spain) and this was perfect. I had tapas - chorizo baked in white wine, patatas bravas, fresh bread (garlic, tomato, olive oil, a sprinkle of salt) and, naturally, the ham. It was exquisite and accompanied delightfully by a local Chardonnay. Heaven.

On of the best restaurants in Barcelona. Looks small and basic but has the best food and service. Both the brothers and the other staff are amazing and will always make you feel like family.

The food is excellent. The staff very nice and friendly and speak English and French. We have gone several times and brought friends and the level of quality stays the same. I warmly recommend Xorus!

Food was excellent. Service was perfect. We had shrimp, paella, patato and sangria. Each of them delicious. We had a reservation and once we arrived our tanle was ready with English menu. This was very thoughtful and professional attitude on our eyes. Staffs were very helpful and nice. Thanks a lot for everything.

A nice place on a rambla in Barcelona. Paella was abundant and very good. Service precise and well mannered. Suggested.

the staff is friendly and quick, food is fresh and delicious, drinks are boozy and the price is on point. What else do you need? Absolutely go, enjoy and spread the word!
