Very nice restaurant, the staff are great and they are not invading you or rushing, they make sure you have everything you need while keeping the distance while you enjoy the food without pushing you to order new food or dessert. Something many restaurants miss these days. The ambience is amazing, private and calm. But of course the food was the best part, very delicious plates and great portions. The combination of tastes is perfect, everything we had was so good. Definitely will be back, one of the best restaurants yet

10/10My favorite restaurant is Lisbon! I love the classy ambience, the waiters really make sure that we spend a beautiful evening. The food is very good, it's all "simple" dishes but always very tasty, with a bit of creativity, it is my favorite! A perfect place to date your partner, celebrate life and love, and have a delicious dinner! By the way, I loved the pop corns at the end, very nice touch!

5/10Lovely atmosphere, decor, etc. but foodwise you can do so much better in lisbon for that price range. Nothing was bad but nothing was outstanding either. So it felt like a waste of time for us as we only had 5 days in lisbon and we wasted one lunch there. After lunch we head straight to the time out market and continued to eat there! And then we were finally happy about our lunch. So you know what i mean...

8.5/10Our table was booked for 1930hrs but the doors were shut and we had to wait outside for 20 minutes until they opened. We chose to sit in the outside area, which was a mistake, as we were the only ones in there. The food was brought out and served by the waiter. The food was delicious and the waiter was polite and attentive. We asked for the bill and booked a pre-payment taxi to take us back to our hotel. The waiter returned with the card machine to take our payment but found that it had not been charged. He then went to get the other machine but that wasn’t charged either! We were then unable to leave as we did not have any other means to pay the bill. Our taxi arrived but could not wait and left. About 30 minutes later the machines had charged sufficiently so we could pay. We ordered another taxi that arrived 40 minutes later. What was a pleasant evening and meal at XXL at Oliver was overshadowed by the incompetence of the person responsible for charging the card machines.

10/10I discovered this great restaurant last year when visiting Lisbon! Had a wonderful experience, so this year I had to come back and this time I brought two others couples! Started with Very kind greetings, we sat outside and it was just lovely! The food is excellent- we all got the cod!! The Portuguese potatoes are a must!!! The dessert must include the soufflé!!!! It was perfection.

5/10Service very slow. Cocktails (and bottle of wine) took very long to come. Excuse was only one barman was available for outside and inside restaurant. Order to Campari & sodas — only one came…eventually as, we were told Campari had finished! Outside area/terrace really nice addition but it has to come together with good service.

5.5/10I was disappointed on my first visit to this restaurant. The ambience was stuffy, the music too loud and the food not really good enough for a restaurant at this price level. With the exception of the excellent cheese and spinach soufflé, the dishes (steak mainly) were just ok, the French fries were soggy and flavourless and the restaurant did not even have ketchup to liven them up. After having a superb experience at Yakuza a few weeks ago, I found this offering a much less positive reflection on Oliver’s group of restaurants. I will not be coming back.

We paid 376 for 4 people and It was worth the money because the food was really delicious, but there was no bet in the money we paid for 4 people and we were asked if we would pay a bet. The waiter did not like the number we offered and he smiled a little mockingly. This seemed a little rude.

10/10We thought it was Michelin rated. Was surprised when it was not. But it was like a Michelin. Except portion sizes are bigger 😊. Friendly staff great food. Price was good in relation to the quality. Not to miss.

Quality of the food is amazing. However, the Lobster Steak is totally overrated, even though the lobster was very well cooked, the sauce was not good, specially considering the price.
